CHAPTER 2: WHAT'S THAT GOOD SMELL?

I'm in a phone call right now with my bestie named Brianna Quinn. I had already gotten into my car and was still parked in front of the mansion's gate; I hadn't left yet since I had received a phone call from her as I was about to drive my car.

["What? You've been kicked out again? What was the reason now?"] She asked.

"Yeah, I admitted that I'm gay and they're just like-Eww, Get the hell out, You don't belong here!" I answered as I rolled my eyes.

["Pfft."]

"Lmao. Anyway, see you again, soon. I'll just go to my new fucking house, bye!" I hung up on her before she could respond.

I started to drive my car after I put my phone at my black small backpack.

Because it wasn't far from our mansion, I could easily get to the house where I was going to live. It took me about thirty minutes or thirty-five minutes bago makapunta doon.

I went inside because the house's seller had given me a key. I went straight to the living room and rested for a while on the long couch.

Gosh, today's already tiring.

I was so relaxed leaning against the sofa that I didn't realize I'd fallen asleep.

It's already 3 o'clock in the afternoon when I woke up and I realized that I haven't eaten lunch. I felt how my stomach hurts dahil alam kong gutom na 'yon.

Fuck shit, I'm hungry!

Kinalkal ko ang mga gamit ko sa maleta ko para hanapin ang cash ko, I just scattered my belongings in the living room but I still couldn't find them.

I tried to find it in my second suitcase and finally, I found it as well.

I just ordered my food from Grab for lunch because first of all, I do know how to cook, but I'm lazy. I was a hot sexy gorgeous spoiled brat back then. Spoiled on my parents and my grandparents because I was their favorite grandchild and I was their only child.

My order arrived quickly. I only ordered Burger, fries and Milktea. I immediately ate it in the living room while watching the movie on Netflix because I was too lazy to eat at the dining area, and konti lang naman 'tong pagkain ko today.

After I ate, I still continued watching until someone knocked on the door.

uhh, is that Brianna?

But I didn't call her to come here, and she didn't know this house.

What I saw made me raise an eyebrow; She looked like a poor girl na parang pinalayas rin sa bahay nila.

Ang dami kasing niya kasing dala!

She's wearing a Sky blue with a little white color dress that is above the knee and it has sleeves. She paired it with white cute sneakers.

She has a natural brown hair, white skin. She's also tall but I'm taller because I'm 5'9 while I think she's just 5'7. She also has unique blue eyes that match her skin color, a pointed nose and a pinkish heart shaped kissable lips-

Wait... Did I just say kissable lips? What the heck?

Iwww, hell no. She's not my type.

I admit that she's beautiful, she looked like an angel because of her innocent look. That's why she's not my type.

"Hello po, ate. Ikaw po ba ang seller ng bahay na 'to?" She suddenly asked.

Excuse me, what did she say?!

Oh my God!

"What the hell? Excuse me? Me? A seller? Are you kidding me?!" I asked with my eyebrow raised and arms crossed.

"E-Eh, sino po ba kayo ate?" She innocently asked again.

"I'm the owner of this house," I answered.

"So, kayo nga po 'yong seller?"

Is she stupid?

"What the fuck?"

I mentally rolled my eyes at her. The nerve of that girl. Did she just say that I'm the seller?! the fuck?

She called the seller of this house and she was surprised that my phone didn't ring, and because of that, she realized that I wasn't really the seller then.

feeling embarrassed now? of course she is.

We talked about the house and unluckily we will both owned this.

I don't know about it because first of all, I didn't read the contract. I just signed it, that's all.

We can't do anything anymore, so I just went inside the house and went to my bedroom to sleep.

I just woke up for dinner. Bumili lang ako ng mango at ito lang ang kakainin ko sa dinner.

I was in the middle of eating my mango when I suddenly smell something good. I followed that smell and there I saw that little girl who's about to eat.

"What's that good smell?" I asked. The smell is really very fragrant, it feels like it's delicious to eat.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" Masungit na tanong niya at tuluyan ng inilapag sa plato ang isinandok na kanin at ulam sa kutsara.

"I'm here because of that good smell. What's that?" turo ko sa foods niya.

"Adobo, bakit?" She answered.

"Can you give me one? I want to eat that too, It looks delicious."

"At sino ka para bigyan ko nito?" She asked, raising her eyebrowns.

"I'm your housemate, is that enough? Can you give me na?"

"Ayoko, magluto ka ng sa'yo."

"I can't cook." Nope, I'm just lazy right now.

"Problema mo na 'yon," pangbabara niya at inirapan ako. Gosh, she's so maldita at madamot pala.

"Ang damot. May araw ka rin sa'kin."

"Can't wait," sagot niya at ngumiti pa ng sarcastic before ako inirapan.

I went back to the living room to watch again and eat the mango I was eating.

After I watched another movie I went upstairs to sleep.

I woke up at a sudden phone call.

"Hello?" I huskily said.

["Hey Rox, this is Brianna. How are you? Let's go to the bar, later."]

"Okay." And she ended the call.

Great. Ginising lang ako para ayaing mag bar mamaya.

Napagdesisyunan kong bumaba na para maligo at nang makababa ako ay nakita ko si white monkey na bumababa na rin na may dala ring top and bottom clothes.

I think she'll take a bath, too.

We looked at each other and our feet seemed to have a life of their own and we headed forward to get to CR.

And here we are, outside the bathroom, fighting over who will be first one to take a bath

"I'm the one who went downstairs kaya ako ang mauuna!"

"Ako dapat! kailangan ko ng maligo dahil may gagawin pa ako!"

"No, me first!"

"Ako nga, alis ka diyan!" Sinusubukan niya akong itaboy, pero hindi niya ako kaya.

"Ako muna, ako ang naunang bumaba, right? kaya ako muna."

"Ako ang nauna dahil umakyat lang ako para kumuha ng damit ko!"

It took us almost an hour to argue over who would take the bath first. Kaya nag suggest kami ng laro na kung sino ang manalo siya ang mauuna. So, nag rock, paper and scissor kami and I lost kaya siya na ang mauunang maligo.

What a unlucky me.
