CHAPTER 39: DARE
Roxiette Avegayle's POV
"DARE!"
When Xyri responded to them, she exuded immense confidence. The moment the dare was given to her, her throat seemed to dry up and it was as if a glue was applied to her butt, and she was unable to move from her position.
"Ang next na matatalo ay kailangan mong i-kiss sa kahit anong part na gusto mo."
That was the kind of dare given to her.
"Syempre, magpapatalo na diyan si Lucas. Si Lucas na 'yan eh, sino bang aayaw sa kiss 'di ba?" They made another attempt to make fun of Mendoza.
Tsh.
I paid attention to Xyri to see how she was reacting. She seemed to disgust being teased with Mendoza, which made me laugh and not feeling annoyed by it.
She doesn't like being teased, certainly from what I have observed about her.
Pfft.
"Haha. Tara na at maglaro ulit. Hindi ako mangdadaya, promise. Hahahaha!" Mendoza seems to be enjoying their teasing about him and Xyri. But when he saw Xyri's reaction, he stopped them.
"Susssssss!"
They continued to laugh as they gave us uno cards one by one. While I was watching them laugh, Xyri looked at me at parang bigla siyang nataranta? Why? At tumayo siya at nagpaalam sa'min.
"CR lang ako saglit," paalam ni Xyri sa kanila.
"Okay, sige. Hintayin ka namin bago tayo mag start."
"Sige, take your time lang."
They replied.
"Ave."
"Yes?" I asked innocently. I thought she was going to the comfort room?
"Samahan mo nga ako saglit." She said causing my eyes to widen. What the hell-
"What? Where? I-I mean-"
"Tara naa!" She didn't let me finish because she suddenly pulled me towards the kitchen area. It's there because it's near their CR.
We went to the comfort room out of breath. What was on her mind and she brought me here?
