"Hussy, what time is your flight, so I'll pick you up from the airport on time?" Faiza asked over the phone.

"10:00 am," she replied, wracking her hand through her hair.

"Alright, I'll make sure to pick you up the moment you land.

"Alright," Husna replied, chewing her inner cheeks before hanging up the call.

Oh no, I forgot to tell her that I'm going by car," she thought, face-l palming. She decided to call Faiza later to tell her.

She placed the phone on the nightstand and began chewing her cheeks. Glancing at the time, she saw it was 8:30.Captain," she called his name gently, tapping him. He had told her he is also going back to work today and would be piloting to Chicago.

"Captain, you have to wake up; it's already 8:30," she mumbles , gently shaking him.

"Captain, come on, wake up now," she urged.

"Good morning," he exclaim almost shouting, as he smiled softly and pulled her onto him.

She looked horrified by his sudden morning greeting. He mentally laughed at her cute, adorable expression.

"Morning, babe," he whispered, pecking her cheeks.

Husna narrowed her eyes. "You scared me."

He smiled, pulling on her hair strands. "Never intended to. So, Kaduna today?" He slid his hands into her sleeping wear, trying to tickle her.

"Captain..." she laughed, "don't start, please."

"We have to get ready; time isn't on our side," she said, still laughing.

"Alright, time isn't on our side," he said, pinching her nose. He hold out his hands, smiling at her. "Strengthen me up."

She rolled her eyes, laughing. "You're the pilot, not me. You're supposed to be strong and focused.

He chuckled and shoved into his sleepers. "Lazy wife.

She smiled and hold out her hands, and he took them, pulling himself up. "You're so weak captain

He chuckled, wrapping his arms around her. "I'm just conserving my energy for the flight," he whispered in her ear.

She laughed and pushed him away. "Go and get ready. We don't have much time."

He took his bath, changing into his jeans and shirt. He glanced up at the time. "Oh, no," he whispered, "this is past 9, and he's running out of time."

Husna came back with a tray in her hand and placed it timidly on the coffee table. "Breakfast," she whispered.

He shakes his head, picking up his phone charger and laptop bag placing them on the bed. "I'm not hungry. "Have you eaten yours?" he questioned, clasping his wristwatch and applying a bit more perfume.

"We're not talking about me right now," she replied, crossing her arms watching him. What sort of thing is this, Captain?" Yesterday, you didn't eat anything, and today...?"

"Why do you always like skipping breakfast? Not just breakfast, actually meals. Do you know it's not good for your health?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.do you know exactly what will happen to you? Your blood sugar and energy levels may drop. Captain, do you want that to happen?"

"Have you eaten?" he questioned, walking towards her.

She shakes her head. "I'm not eating either, and I'm trying to tell you something important, but you're ignoring me."
