Conflict of interests

Alice spent Tuesday and Wednesday with Iris, Elena and Selena in her womb following the doctor's instructions and taking the pills after each meal for Selena's recovery.

On Wednesday afternoon Alice had a conversation with Dr.

-"Alice, Selena looks healthier, maybe you should keep her inside until Friday night, she is very strong and has responded excellently to the treatment" said the doctor seeing Selena in the ultrasound inside Alice's womb

-"Doctor... I have a favor to ask you" Alice said with a worried face

-"Yes, tell me Alice, you know that I am a totally reserved and trustworthy person" said the doctor while taking some notes

-"I need you to generate a document where you support my multiple pregnancy and subsequent delivery, that is to be able to have a week off and be able to lose weight with your pills" Alice said nervously

-"Oh, I understand, no problem, when do you want your due date to be?" asked the doctor

-"To make it more real make it Saturday the same day that you will help me remove Elena and Selena from my womb" Alice said while rubbing her huge belly

-"And what about me Alice! I also want to go out!!!" said Iris upset

-"If mom doesn't want you to go out, you won't go out Iris" Elena said with a serious voice

-"Iris... be patient, she's doing it for your own good, I also went through your situation, then when you understand everything, you'll see Alice differently, and you'll love her very much" Selena said trying to calm Iris

-"But... she only trapped me here for not wanting to share the same roof as her" said Iris sadly

-"I'll think about it..." Iris said sadly, she couldn't believe that she couldn't go out with the twins on Saturday

Alice had received an email on Wednesday night from Anna asking her to come back to the office the next day.

Alice took off her clothes to take a shower and look at her naked body in the mirror as the shower water ran down her body.

-"Am I doing the right thing by giving up much of this?" Alice thought as she touched her gigantic breasts

-"uffff they really are huge... why do people appreciate gigantic breasts, but not a belly like the one I have?" Alice thought again as she ran her hands over her gigantic belly, under all that fat was her womb that housed her beloved daughters Elena and Selena as well as her rival Iris

-"If I appear with this figure in the fashion shows, will they take the company seriously or will I cause its bankruptcy as Anna considers it?" Alice thought as she rubbed soap over her distended belly that she could barely reach with her hands.

-"Maybe i am really a whale... even some days I've eaten like one" Alice said sadly as she felt the drops of the shower fall on her head
