-PROLOGUE-
"BOSS CHEF! Isang Adobo daw po." I gave him a nod and got straight to my job. In no time, I had the Adobo cooked and served to perfection. After all, I'm more than just a chef—I am also the owner of this restaurant.
Baka importante 'yung tawag," Madison said, one of the chefs also.
I smiled and nodded. "Thanks,"
As far as I remember kasi I have no appointments today or meetings. I sigh and shook my head.
"Hello, good day. This is Echo Monterrey speaking. How may I help you?" I formally said.
["Cut the formality, idiot."]
["Can you come here? My daughter wants something that I can't even cook! Goodness!"] napangiwi naman ako sa sinabi niya. Well, Zianna will always be, Zianna.
Napailing na lang ako. "Okay. I will come in a minute." sambit ko at binaba ang tawag.
Zianna is the mother of her three year old daughter named Zanielle. Zane for short. How ironic nga e, parang dati lang—napakapasaway niya sa school.
*Ding-dong*
"Oh, fuck! Thank goodness you're here!
Geez. Hindi na 'to nagbago. She is still the same warfreak and troublemaker Zianna. I sighed.
"Baby, your Tito is here!" sambit nito.
"Tito! Can you cook for me? Mommy is bad at cooking, I hate her dishes!" I burst into laughter after hearing those words. Shuta! Manang-manang sa ina ang ugali. Tsk.
"You little wench! I'm your mother!" inis na sambit ni Zia kaya lalo akong napatawa.
"Yeah, right." bored na sabi ng anak niya. I cleared my throat and composed myself dahil malapit ng sumabog sa inis si Zia.
