3rd Person P.O.V.

Steven folded his arms. "You understand now?" 

White Diamond rubbed a wet towel on her burn marks on her face. "I do..."

Steven had only explained for ten minutes about who he was and why he was here just so he and White Diamond had a common understanding. White Diamond already knew his life story, thanks to her mind reading ability. That felt like a huge burden taken off his shoulders.

"You want me to fix those monsters on Earth?" White Diamond asked, returning to the main issue as to why Steven even bothered to come to her doorstep in the first place. 

"Yes." Steven said, unfolding his arms.

"I won't do it." White Diamond said, which appeared to be a mistake on her part, since she was lifted off the ground with Steven's hands gripping her collar.

He still remained to be her height and size, as to help enforce her to not even think of ways to retaliate after he sprayed her face with Explosive Gel. 

"Why do you say that?" Steven said to feign politeness, when they both know very well that he has the intent of coating her face with more Explosive Gel, or thrusting his fist down her mouth and ruining her perfect teeth. 

"Those creatures are the by products of your 'mother,' and had she not run away like that, we wouldn't have done that to the unfortunate gems on that terrible planet." White Diamond defends her opposing statement. 

While Steven does agree that if his mother did not run away, the Diamonds wouldn't have attacked the Earth during their grief-stricken moment. On the other hand, their treatment towards the littlest Diamond is what made her form the rebellion against her fellow Diamonds. Steven knew it would be futile to go back and forth between whose fault it really is, when all four Diamonds are at fault for the situation.

Steven instead focuses on getting White Diamond's cooperation, and he's going to hit her where it hurts. 

"What do you think is going to happen if Homeworld finds out what's going on and what you're doing about it?" Steven asked. "It's bad publicity if they find out that you refuse to help the gems you've condemned. Especially when the truth is this: Pink Diamond abused by her fellow Diamonds, faked her death and created a rebellion to spite her fellow Diamonds, and the Diamonds turned their own soldiers into monsters because they were mournful. And if everyone hears it like that, they'll leave."

White Diamond's eyes popped at the last sentence.

"And with them gone it will just be you, Yellow and Blue. Soon enough, they won't stand you anymore and they'll leave to live in their colonies. And that just leaves you all alone on this planet, stuck with your monuments of failure." Steven taunts her.

"Stop it..." White Diamond looked away and closed her eyes.

Steven's pink aura glowing was bright enough that she can still see just the merest glimpse through her eyelids. 

"Imagine what your life would be like without your subjects. You would be sitting all alone on your throne, a little queen in an empty castle. The only constant in your daily life is suffering cold, dark, brutal desolation." Steven continued to mock her worst fear. "I could go around this planet, taking all of your gems from you, and then Yellow and Blue."
