It's so true from the games, too. Back in the day, Rose made the opponents on the other team rage quit from how long ranged she was plus with her high damage count - and the fact she sends Goatify and Time Snare at the speed of light

At Steven's House, White Diamond frantically looked around for Samuel, Spinel, Volleyball, Huge Gigantacus, Connie and Peridot.
"Where are they?!" White Diamond asked desperately.
"We don't know!" Lapis replied. "They just disappeared out of thin air!"
"They've had to gone somewhere. They can't just disappear without an explanation." Yellow Diamond theorized.
"Perhaps it was the flower." Blue Diamond guessed.
"Of course!" White Diamond face-palmed. "It's always Rose, isn't it?! She just has to make our lives more miserable than they need to be!"
"Man, why can't she just get a life?!" Amethyst groaned.
"Because she just thrives off of making our lives miserable." Blue Diamond answered.
"She's probably still mad that you guys killed her last year." Lapis suggested.
"But right now, nobody can even touch her without harming Steven. Because she hides inside of him like a coward." Yellow Diamond commented with a clenched fist.
"She's more than capable of beating us without Steven." Garnet said calmly. "She's only using him to make it harder for us to fight back."
"That's low, even by our Era-2 standards." Blue Diamond replied.
"I just hope they're alright..." White Diamond bemoaned.
"You've trained half of them, they should be fine." Blue Diamond reassures.
"Yes, they even fight better than me." Yellow Diamond adds on.
"Skills are no match of magic." White Diamond countered. "Especially Rose's magic."
"Well, we managed to have her run scared from our last fight with her." Pearl hinted.
"She wasn't, 'scared,' she willingly left because she was bored." White Diamond retaliates, snarky. "And she didn't even use a single spell once - with the exception of her building a barrier between us and Steven."
