3rd Person P.O.V.

White needs to get her mind off of Pink being there with Steven, she can't have another obsession. So she distracts herself by walking down the cell blocks in the penitentiary. She stopped at Black Diamond's cell and knocked on the wall.

"Why are you back here?" Black inquired with a tired groan as she adjusted herself on the floor within her confined space. "It hasn't even been a full day since you came by."

"I want to talk... about us. I want to fix our family." White Diamond introduces while taking a seat on the floor in front of the cell so she can be at the same height level as her sister - since she is also sitting on the floor.

White learned from Steven that being on the same height level with someone she's talking to lets them know she isn't feeling egotistical in the situation. Because in the past, White always towered over everyone - metaphorically telling them that she always thinks they're beneath her in a sense of value.

But now, she learns to always lean down and try to match the height level to whoever she talks to so she lets them know that she isn't discriminatory or self-centered anymore.

"From where I'm at, you need a miracle to do that." Black Diamond retorts bitterly, not even glaring at her.

"Look, sister, I know you hate me and will never forgive me." White sighs, observing her broken nails since Black can't even give her the respect to look her in the eyes.

"Rightfully so." Black Diamond adds on, further rejecting any hope for their tarnished relationship.

"Black..." White scoots closer to the barrier - but not touching it since it would shock her. "I know I have some nerve to be trying to fix it now, but my situation has grown desperate."

Black barely glances over to her, still trying to sulk in her cell.

"I-I know I could never undo what I did to you, b-but I want to try to make it all better..." White started to sniffle and tears were leaking out of her vision spheres - signaling her letting loose of her emotions. "I always loved you, Black. It truly broke my heart when I pushed you off the cliff... A-And I'm still sorrowful by the fact that I may not be able to ever hug my sister again because I damaged her with my act of betrayal..."

Black still kept quiet, being cryptic toward her sister since that silence could mean anything - good or bad results could be brewing.

"But if there's a chance that I could help you, in spite of everything, I will take it." She swallowed down her sadness so she doesn't become a blubbering mess - but her mascara mess around her eyes does a poor job at that. "I'm not trying to help you because I want to make my image look better, it's so far from the truth. I truly care about helping you overcome your issues and insecurities. I know you always felt like you were living in my shadow during our youth - like you would never be equal to me. But I'm willing to get on my hands and knees just to fix our tarnished relationship."

"..." Black still does not respond, giving White the impression that she still needed convincing to even get a word out of her.

"I won't be breaking the law for your favor, or ending my own life." White asserts, showing that there are some restrictions - reasonable boundaries. "But if you have ways of reconnecting with each other - like holding hands or taking long walks, I'll do it."
