Bathia's real name is Bailey Immortica, because her origin story is that her ancestors were practicing witchcraft and her great grandmother accidentally turned herself into a bat-monster, and so her genetics passed down to the offsprings and Bailey was unfortuante to be born in this family.

Crazy Is Crazy is a Dutch YouTuber/Drawer/Animator that created Bathia. You can find Bathia and Red Crystal's origins in the Arkham Extras (basically, why I added them in Arkham Edition).
The reason why Samuel said that it's Rose's fault for getting George killed is because she was careless about being hidden and didn't heed George's warning of being careful, which lead to her getting caught and George being executed. That's why he said it's Rose's fault because it is actually her fault for not listening to George.
And lastly, Moonlight wasn't locked up (you're thinking of that Moonlight and Spinel oneshot I did in the AU Trilogy), she was pardoned and she gave up her powers, which resulted in her being smaller than usual (she gave them up in Chapter 42) and it's also when Steven said that he and her would give it a shot at being romantic partners.
