Ironically, calling the ambulance in America is scary. Too expensive to the point where people would rather drive themselves to the hospital or take an Uber.
3rd Person P.O.V.
Pink Diamond waited for a while before the door opens and she met Black Diamond, White's twin sister.
"O-Oh..." The dark Diamond cowered behind something upon seeing the littlest Diamond.
"Is White here...?" Pink asked, trying her best to not intimidate the timid Diamond.
"No... She's off somewhere else..." Black Diamond replied, keeping her distance.
"May I stay here until she returns?" Pink inquired, taking a curious step inside the room.
"S-Sure..." Black Diamond wandered to her side of the room, settling down on the floor and her back resting on the wall.
Both of them remained silent, waiting for White Diamond to return.
Meanwhile back in the main room in the Palace, Spinel rubbed her sore muscular arm after losing to Steven from the arm wrestle.
"How could I have lost with these guns?!" Spinel said, checking her biceps. "I thought holographic mass would beat flesh and bones!"
"Holographic mass is actually very light, therefore no weight to it." Steven explains, checking out his own arm. "Flesh and bone does have weight and that packs more force in it."
"So basically I need to have some meat on me?" Spinel said, winking at him.
"Not like that." Steven softly scoffed, and then he got a notification from his phone. "I have to go."
"Where are you going?" Moonlight asked, sounding slightly possessive since Steven doesn't have many contacts on his phone - her paranoid mind forcing her to think someone could manipulate Steven into cheating on her.
"I'm meeting up with White." Steven answered, to her relief. "She wants to meet up with me."
"Oh, well, have fun then. ^^" Moonlight waves, her mood changing based on his answer.
Steven exits the Palace, the front door still broken and he looks up at the top. White's up there and he has to climb. He's climbed the Palace before, though he had more energy in his younger days.
He's still feeling drained from having his gem removed almost a week now. Nonetheless, he made it up to the top and wipes the sweat off his forehead.
White Diamond was sitting near the edge, her legs dangling loosely and she stares off into the society beneath her.
