Send compliments to Wattreader7389 for giving me an idea for another item from the Arkhamverse.

Another 10,000+ word chapter written by me. The last chapter that had 10,000+ words is Chapter 19: The Last Laugh.

3rd Person P.O.V.

Moonlight was strapped down to a chair, feeling dizzy. She can't recall what happened the past few hours, all she could remember was that she broke Steven's back in half, and then everything else was a blur. She felt something constricting her neck, it was a collar.

Moonlight easily broke out of her wrist restraints and tried to take the collar off, but when she did, she heard a beeping sound and felt pain around her neck. She stopped and then the beeping stopped as well.

"I would resist the urge to remove that collar, as it would destroy your form upon doing so." Black Diamond said, standing on top of a catwalk.

"What is this?" Moonlight pointed at her collar.

"It's a rejuvenation collar." Black Diamond answered. "It keeps a gem from using their powers and rejuvenates them when they attempt to take it off."

"I'm immune to rejuvenation, so how's it harming me?" Moonlight asked.

"You may be immune to the effects of rejuvenation, but that doesn't mean you're exempt from the pain it gives you, and the breaking your form process." Black Diamond said.

"Why am I here? What's going on?" Moonlight rubbed her eyes and was about ready to break her leg restraints.

"You're still useful to me, for one last time, as this is my final move to bring down Obsidian and Steven Universe." Black Diamond clasped her hands together.

"What, are you done trying to 'break' them?" Moonlight asked rhetorically, knowing Black Diamond's original plans. "Because if you asked any sane gem, you would have been better off trying to kill them rather than trying to psychologically break them."

"Yes..." Black Diamond sighed annoyed at Moonlight skimming over her elaborate plans and ignoring how long it had taken her to plan this entire night out.

She had been planning this since Spinel attacked Earth during Valentine's Day.

"Right now, everything has yet to be set in motion, all I need to do is release my monster." Black Diamond said, reaching in her pocket for something.

"What 'monster?'" Moonlight asked.

"Does this seem familiar to you?" Black Diamond asked, pulling a dart out of her pocket.

Moonlight squinted her eyes, because the dart was so tiny in her fingers.

However, Moonlight gasped as soon as she saw the dart completely. "Is that..."

"Yes, it brings up memories, doesn't it?" Black Diamond mockingly asked. "The same dart that undermined your entire progress of rehabilitation.

"You're the one who made that dart?!" Moonlight asked in exasperation.

Black Diamond snorted. "No, though I wish I did. This dart was made for the rebellion, manufactured by your old friend, Red Crystal. Most likely not willingly, of course. I had my good doctor amplify the effects of this drug and blend it into something to make a gem simply more stronger than before. Sadly, this is the only one. And I've been looking for strong test subjects."
