That reminds me of the song I kept hearing back in October 2022.
White Diamond uses Detective Mode as her invaluable tool to help locating Rose's vessels, as it can detect her unique pheromones that are involved with her magic. She had taken Spinel with her, just in case White Diamond needed help and Spinel was the best pick out of the three (her, Samuel and Volleyball). Spinel was honored to be brought with to this magical adventure, though a bit nervous about confronting Rose.
Hopefully, both of them are capable of surviving Rose. But they aren't looking for her specifically, they are looking for one of Rose's vessels. This one is located on Earth, which surprised White Diamond since Rose shows great hatred to the planet, since it is the homeland for humanity.
The precise location is out of Beach City and near Keystone State. At least it was close and not out of state, let alone America. White Diamond and Spinel made their own unique way of traveling.
Spinel clings herself to White Diamond before they do anything, and then White Diamond uses her grapnel upgrade that Volleyball equipped to her wrist-grapple, which made her grapple faster and sends her up high the longer the distance. And then Spinel chimes in by stretching herself like a parachute, looking like a flying squirrel while she carries White Diamond.
[Think of that scene in The Incredibles where Helen carried Dash and Violet as they plummet to the ocean, except they're moving horizontally and repeatedly going up and down because of White's grapnel boost.]
Detective Mode led both of them to a ravine that looks to be centuries old, and it was a long way down. Spinel jumped down and landed without a problem. White Diamond looked shocked that Spinel could jump down from such a height and not poof.
Spinel looks up and notices her concern. "What? I used to jump up and down from my injector a lot. This is nothing. So, what are you waiting for? Come on down."
