The Crystal Knight opened the door and entered the room with Black Diamond.

"What is it, Black?" The Knight asked aggressively. "The weapon is almost charged and ready to go."

Black Diamond stared at the dart that Dr. Moonstone had given her. "I wanted to ask, who are you?"

"Excuse me?" The Knight exclaimed in her robotic voice.

"Despite our agreement and partnership of this project, your identity is the one thing we've never been clear on." Black Diamond pockets the dart and approaches the Knight, her hand trailing close to her mask. "I ask again, who are you?"

Then the Knight grabbed her wrist. "No... No..."

The Knight hyperventilated behind her mask, robotic breathing sounds that sound uncharacteristic for a robot, assuming she is a robot all this time. Her grip on Black Diamond's wrist gripped harshly, as if Black Diamond had threatened her life.

"NO!" The Knight let go and kept her hands gripped on her mask, making sure it was on tight.

"You are afraid of being unmasked?" Black Diamond inquired while she was ignoring the pain in her wrist. "Fascinating."

"It does not matter who I am..." The Knight dismissed, showing genuine emotion behind her robotic persona. "The only thing I want is Steven Universe... DEAD!

She stabbed her combat knife on a picture of Steven Universe that was conveniently located on the wall.

"Why do you hate him so much?" Black Diamond questioned, showing a curious side. "I want him to suffer as well, but I've made my point very clear."

"You couldn't understand... No one would..." The Knight said, feeling her emotions coming back. "He's the reason why I'm...

"You're what?" Black Diamond asked. "What did he do to you...?

"He... he... he... failed..." The Knight's hands shook. "RAAAAGH!"

She flipped the table.

"I'm finishing the weapon, and he will DIE!" The Knight opened the door and left, slamming the door before Black Diamond could formulate a word.

Elsewhere:

Steven had pushed a rebel off a ledge and held her by her ankle with one arm, threatening to drop her if she did not tell him what he wanted to know.

"You really don't wanna lie to me." Steven causally threatens as if he does this on a daily basis. "Tell me your leaders' plans."

"O-Okay, I'll talk, just don't hurt me!" The rebel gasped when she realized how far the drop would be.

After she finished telling him, he didn't bat an eye when he said, "I can't guarantee that."

He pretended that he would drop her to intimidate her just before swinging her away from the edge and slammed her body against a nearby wall to poof her. What the rebel had told him is that the Crystal Knight is planning an assault on Homeworld in a carrier of some sort. However, the type of carrier and what it carries is unknown, which left Steven disappointed.
