Nagkita kayo ni Athena sa kasal niya nitong Disyembre nung nakaraang taon. At inimbitahan mo siyang lumabas para makapagkumustahan at makapagkwentuhan man lang kayo bago siya bumalik sa London.
"Labas tayo next week. Bago ka umuwi pabalik sa London, magbonding naman tayo." Animo. "Sige, susubukan ko. Kaya lang hindi ako sigurado kasi baka hindi ako payagan nitong si Atlas." Sabi niya sayo. "Parang ako na ang kailangang magpaalam sa asawa mo para sa'yo. Kasi diba kapag may mga ganitong ganap, sinasabi mo na ipagpaalam ka namin kasi baka hindi ka payagan?" Sabi mo sa kanya. "Dati yon. Tsaka kay mama. E ngayon iba na bes. Level up. Sa asawa ka na magpapaalam hindi na sa magulang." Sabi ni Athena. "Amin na, let me handle. Let me try if this will work." Sabi mo sa kanya.
"Ah ahem. Excuse me, Atlas can I talk to you in private? I just wanna ask you something about your wife." Sabi mo sa asawa ni Athena. "Oh, hi Faith Alexandria! What is it?" Aniya. "Ahm... Actually, I would like to ask permission from you. I'm sorry, ah. I mean, we just saw each other today on your wedding and I haven't been able to bond with her since she left for London three years ago. Like what I told her earlier, today is the only time when we saw each other after three years because the last time we saw each other was during my Thanksgiving party pa three years ago so imagine that? Anyway here is the true reason why I wanted to talk to you. Is it okay with you if I will bond with your wife before you go back? If it's fine with you. If not, then it's okay with me. It's not a big deal anyway. Just trying to ask permission from the husband if he will... You know allow his wife to go out and hang out with her friends before she left her home country and go back to where her husband is residing." Sabi mo kay Atlas. Napatingin siya kay Athena. "Ah no pressure, okay? If you won't allow her, it's fine I—".
Hindi ka pa natatapos magsalita, agad nang nagsalita si Atlas.
"When are you planning to hang out?" Tanong ni Atlas. Nagulat ka sa tanong niya kaya napatulala ka lang sa kanya ng ilang minuto. Kaya muli ka niyang tinanong. *Hey, I said when are you planning to hang out with Athena?" Tanong niyang muli sayo. Agad ka namang bumalik sa wisyo. "I'm sorry. A week before you go back." Sagot mo. "Okay. Just always make sure to enjoy and have fun. Okay? And keep me updated plus keep your eyes on her." Ani Atlas. "No worries. I'll keep you posted." You told him.
The following week, you went to Jollibee and bonded with Athena.
You texted Atlas to keep him posted about what's going on with you and his wife, Athena.
