Hypothesis Of Longing..

The whole night she kept tossing and turning.... Her previous relationships were unchaotic... Mostly it was a mutual break up or nothing major was there to hold on..

Here She knew that it would never be a smooth one when it's both of them... But there was time when she had wanted this from the bottom of her heart..

For a long time she had days where she had managed just hearing her name from him or just looking at him from far.. She never did imagine in her wildest dreams that she would find him with a small flower bouquet to give her a surprise...

They say you dream, keep on longing for it and when it finally happens.. you don't feel what you once expected you would do..

In her case it was wrong... She loved it.. So there was no way she can deny..

The truth was she was stuck on him...

He reached around early morning.. He had the day off.. He dropped a message to all concerned persons including her... He went into a sleep mode...

That day was pretty much non happening but he still relished the fa T that without having any arguments or fight, they were able to spend some time..

Her replies were short but he found a way to initiate... Even if there's no response he didn't hesitate to initiate... After 2 days he called her up around 10:30.. She did pick.. They spoke less.. Hardly for 10 minutes...

The chats were filled with "office?"  "yes" "dinner?" "how was the day?"

It was all basics but it was enough to hold them together... With each passing day the interaction increased..

It was feb 14.. The infamous day.. He was working in office.. For last 3 or 5 years he hadn't bothered much about this.. Half of people were gone except some of them.. The marketing team sat on the 2nd floor and the sales team along with the loan team sat on 1st floor..

He had finished a meeting with a group of team leaders from pan India explaining them about the new scheme they were putting for the investing segment..
Morning he had been on a conference call along with the team with the tech department because the application had been missing few functions after the last update.....

Around 6:30 he called her up.. The surrounding was too crowded..

So he told her he would call back by night.. 

She went for dinner and just excused herself from the night out.. Partly because she wasn't in the mood and partly because she knew she would receive a call.. It meant that he wasn't out or not having any plans for thd day..

As crazy as it sounded she still found it hard to believe that she had agreed to give it a try..  Even if he was 2500 km away, technically he was committed..

Outside her roommate's bf had arranged a surprise for her.. And he had asked her permission before hands.. Every now and then he dropped by so she knew him..  their few friends would be there in the hall way since they kept a house party .. Not like she didn't know them she was just too excited to be on a call with this guy..

Someone knocked on her door.. It was one of her roommate's friends.. She came out and greeted them, had a pastry.. 

One of the guy asked her jokingly if she was available and she shrugged off with a laugh...

When till 9:30 he didn't... She ringed him up... At the last ring he picked it..
