Hey guys welcome to His Fia; it's my second book and it is the second book in my De Santis series (although these two characters are not from the De Santis family I am including them in the series as they are included in my first book.)
Since this is my second book obviously it will still be a little rough so please give me some grace, although I hope all my grammar and shit will be fine but I'm always open to feedback (although if you hate I will block you because I don't have time for that)
This is a Wattpad story so obviously there are going to be parts which are not realistic. The mafia isn't like this in real life and I have no intention of trying to glamorise and/or romanticise them and the very real things they do; this is purely for my own entertainment because I'm bored. Speaking of the mafia, this is a mafia story. This means the male lead is not always going to be particularly nice (or the female lead, although she is more toned back). If you cannot handle some darker romance and darker themes then this isn't for you and I suggest you not read this because I don't want my comments filled with "he's so toxic" etc. The male lead is supposed to be possessive and unhealthily obsessed with the female lead, that is the way I have decided to write this story and the way I want it to go, so if you cannot handle that I suggest you leave now.

Some topics/things which will be mentioned or will be themes in the book (I will put a TW before each chapter if it involves any of the first 5) - mature sexual content - mentions of sexual abuse - mentions of domestic abuse - homophobia and mentions of homophobia - mentions of panic attacks/leads experiencing panic attacks - violence (guns, knives etc) and killing That's all I can think of for now but I will add any more if they become part of the story There will be mature language throughout the entire book so if that bothers you then feel free to leave
And because I love a good trope, this book is for the girlies who like: - friends to lovers - friends with benefits - fake dating - slow burn - "we shouldn't be doing this" - dark romance (to an extent) (I really just decided to chuck them all in there and see how it goes)
I don't know how often I'll update this book, but for now I'll aim for at least once a week, although probably twice a week. I'm still in school and have a shit tonne of homework as well as a job so bare with me
Lastly; English is my only language so all others used (in this book French and Spanish) are done via Google Translate (the Duolingo owl is SCREAMING at me rn) so if somethings translated wrong please let me know so I can correct it and make sure to get mad at Google Translate not me :)

Carlos Salvatore: - male lead - 24 years old - black hair - blue eyes - Don of the Spanish mafia
Adelyn De Santis: - 22 years old - dark brunette hair - amber eyes - Queen of the Italian-French Mafia - Ophelia's cousin & best friend
Luca De Santis: - 24 years old - black hair - dark green eyes - Don of the Italian mafia - Carlos' best friend
Marco De Santis: - 23 years old - black hair - grey eyes - Luca's younger brother - second-in-command of the Italian-French mafia
