WARNINGS OF A PLANE CRASH

Turkish Airlines Flight 452, registered as Tango Charlie- Juliet Bravo Hotel (TC-JBH), was a scheduled domestic passenger flight operated by a Boeing 727-2F2 of Turkish Airlines that crashed near Isparta on the 19th of September 1976, the plane was en route from Istanbul Atatürk Airport (IATA: ISL, ICAO: LTBA), to Antalya Airport (IATA: AYT, ICAO: LTAI), the crash killed all 144 passengers and 11 crew (155 in total) on board the plane, the crash is Turkey's deadliest aviation accident.
The plane arrived at Istanbul Atatürk Airport from Italy at 21:30pm local time with 68 passengers, 78 more passengers boarded at Istanbul and the plane took off at 22:45pm local time with a delay of 35 minutes, at 23:11pm local time, the pilots reported that the city lights of the city were in their sights, while the plane was around 100 kilometres (62 miles) north of the airport, 30 minutes after takeoff, the flight crew reported that they were approaching Antalya Airport and that they would descend from 4,400 meters (14,400 feet) to 4,000 meters (13,000 feet), after being told by the pilots that they had the runway in sight, the controller at Antalya notified them that he couldn't see them, the First Officer responded; "Should I believe you, or my eyes?", the Captain who was in the passenger cabin, came back to the cockpit after he realised that something was wrong and gave the engines full throttle, at 23:20pm local time, a loud explosion was heard from the Karatepe Hill near Isparta, the aircraft wreckage was scattered in an area of 2 kilometres (1.2 miles), one of the wings was found on top of the hill, while the engines were located at the bottom of the hill.
The summary of the crash was Controlled Flight into Terrain due to Pilot error.
