"Female, 28 years. Vehicle accident," Dawson says, as she and Brett wheel you in.

Marcel looks over from the nurse's stations and his breath hitches. He sees you, his girlfriend of four months on the stretcher. He runs over and grabs your hand. You look up and give him a weak smile.

"Y/N."

"Hey, baby," you say quietly.

He doesn't get to say anything before Will takes you to a room. Natalie walks over and places a gentle hand on his shoulder.

"You know her," she asks.

"She's my girlfriend," he says, voice breaking.

"I didn't know you had a girlfriend."

"We started dating about four months ago. We wanted to see if we could make it work."

Maggie overhears and sees the pain on his face. She gives him a reassuring smile as Will walks out of your room.

"She's gonna make a full recovery," Will tells your boyfriend.

His breathing steadies out and he sits back in his chair.

"How do you know her," Connor asks, walking over.

"She's, she's my girlfriend," Marcel chokes out.

Everyone shares a confused look.

"We met five months ago and a month later I asked her to be my girlfriend. We wanted to see if we could work out before telling anyone aside from family," he explains.

He runs a hand through his hair before standing up.

"Can I see her?"

Will nods and leads him to your room. You give Marcel a weak smile as he kisses your head.

"I didn't want to meet everyone this way," you joke.

"Me neither, but that's Will, Connor, Natalie, Ethan, Maggie, and April," he says, pointing everyone out.

"I wish we could say we've heard a lot about you, but Marcel just told us about you guys a few minutes ago," Natalie tells you.

"Well, I've heard amazing things about you guys," you tell her.

"You should be able to go home tomorrow or the next day," Will tells you.
