You stare at yourself in the mirror of the dressing room. Sylvie and April come into your room in their dresses and squeal.
"You look so good," Sylvie yells.
"Really," you ask, slightly unsure.
"Jay is so lucky to have you and your gorgeous self," April adds.
Voight knocks on the door and looks at you.
"You look amazing, honey," he says, kissing your temple.
"Thanks, Hank."
Voight's always been like a father to you, so when you asked him to walk you down the aisle, he said yes without hesitation. Hailey, April, Kim, Natalie, Stella, and Violet were your bridesmaids with Sylvie being your maid of honor. Atwater, Ruzek, Matt, Severide, Connor, and Crockett were Jay's groomsmen with Will being the best man. Kim's daughter, Makalya was your flower girl, with Tuesday the dog bringing the rings. You and Voight made your to the back of the church after everyone made their way to the front. When you reached the altar, Voight kissed your cheek and you handed your bouquet to Sylvie. The priest talked before the vows. You and Jay decided to write them yourselves.
"Y/N, when I first met you, I thought you were the most gorgeous person ever. Your smile lit up the room. You brought the party to the party. Every call you went on, I would think that would be your last one. We both lead dangerous lives. But we both love what we do. You are the light of my life, my best friend, my other half. I can't imagine my life without you. Watching you with Makalya made me realize I wanted to start a family with you.
