Summary: You go on assignment, making your boyfriend worry, which causes his team to confront him about his squirrely behavior.

After watching him turn his phone over for the tenth time in five minutes, Tammy stood up and walked over to LaSalle.
"Alright, what's eating you," she asks him.
"Nothing," he lies.
She gives him a look and he sighs.
"I have a girlfriend," he starts.
"Since when?"
"Nine months ago, now hush."
"Do we know her?"
"No, you don't and you won't be meeting her anytime soon," he says.
"Why not?"
"She's on assignment in Brussels."
"What agency?"
"CIA. She left two months ago."
Three days later, Pride was writing a report when he noticed Chris stand up rather abruptly with his phone to his ear. Chris sat in the break room and sighed after he ended the call with your boss. You had been injured during the op and were on your way back to Louisiana. Pride knocked on the door, making Chris look up.
"Sorry. I got some news that I'm not super thrilled about," he explains.
"That's fine. Tammy told me after you left the other night," Pride tells him.
Chris sighs and runs a hand through his hair.
"She's coming home early."
"How bad is she?"
"She's not dead. So, I guess that's good."
The following afternoon, your partner drove your boyfriend to the hospital you were at. When Chris saw you laying in the bed, tears filled his eyes. You reach your arms out and he hugs you tightly.
"You gave me quite the scare, Sugarbelle," he whispers in your ear.
"I'm alright, babe. Just concussion and two broken ribs," you tell him.
"Tammy confronted me the other day and I told her about us. She ended up telling Pride after I had left for the night."
"Not exactly how I wanted them to find out about us."
"Believe me, I wasn't expecting the words 'you won't be meeting my secret CIA girlfriend anytime soon' to come out of LaSalle's mouth," a strong southern voice says.
You look over and see two people standing in the doorway.
"Baby, that's Pride and Tammy. This is Y/N, my girlfriend," Chris says.
"It's nice to meet you both," you say.
Three days later, you were discharged and got to meet the rest of the team when Chris invited them to the house.
