Hey guys! I have a bunch of one-shots written and waiting to be published, but I've hit writer's block. If y'all could send me some requests that would be very helpful.
You were halfway through the shift when the bells went off.
"Station 118. Structure Fire. 1845 Poplar Street. One eight four five. Poplar Street. Time out 13:57."
You climbed in the rig and drove to the scene. Bobby gave orders and you went inside with Eddie in tow. You made your way upstairs and did a sweep. You turn to head back downstairs when a bookcase falls on your leg. You scream in pain and Eddie makes the call no one likes hearing.
"Firefighter down! Firefighter down!"
Callen had just returned to the office with Sam after interrogating a suspect when his phone rang.
"Callen."
"Hey, it's Buck. How soon can you be at LA Memorial?"
"Why? What happened to Y/N?"
"She and Eddie were doing a sweep when she got hurt."
Callen's face pains and he looks at Hetty, who nods.
"Sam and I will be there within the hour."
"Go be with your sister, Agent Callen," Hetty says as he hangs up.
He and Sam head to the hospital, where they see your crew when they arrive.
"How is she?"
"She has a broken leg, a minor concussion, and some bruising," Hen says.
"What happened," your brother asks Eddie.
"We turned around and a bookcase fell on her leg," he says.
"Y/N Callen," a doctor asks.
"That's us," Sam says.
"She's awake and asking for G."
Your brother follows the doctor into your room. You sit up when you see your brother.
"Hey, I didn't know if you were able to come with the case," you say as he kisses your head.
"Hetty told Sam and I to come," he says, sitting down.
A few minutes later, your crew and Sam walk in.
"How you doing, baby Callen," Sam asks you.
"I'm alright," you shrug.
"The bookcase wasn't mounted properly. That's why it fell," Bobby explains.
"I'm just glad it wasn't worse than this," Callen says, grabbing your hand.
"Aren't we all," Buck exhales.
