You nearly drop your coffee mug at the report. Toyman, aka Winslow Schott Sr, is your boyfriend's father. You decide to call him and make sure he's alright.

At CatCo

Winn feels his phone vibrate and pulls it out to answer your call, walking away from everyone else.

"Hey, you alright? I just saw."

"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine."

"You don't sound it."

"I found something in my desk and it had a recording of him, asking me to meet him at our favorite place."

"Baby, you have to tell someone."

"I know, I know. But, I just, the only other person who knows about him is Kara."

Hearing her name come from Winn's mouth makes Kara's head perk up.

"Listen to me, DO NOT meet up with him, alright? I'm coming to the office."

"No, no no no. Babe, no. Stay home, alright? I can't have you in the city with him on the loose."

"I'm already in my car. Don't argue with me, Winslow Jr."

"Alright. I'll meet you in the lobby. Text me when you get here."

"Love you!"

"Love you, too."

"Babe?"

The sound of Kara's voice makes Winn jump.

"You clearly heard that. What did we talk about? No super hearing during private phone calls," he tells her.

"Then, you should've gone down to the lobby."

"Look, you'll meet her soon. We should get back to work."

"Show me what was in your desk."

He goes to answer but a text from you, saying you were pulling into the garage next to CatCo made him rethink his words.

"Grab Jimmy and meet me in the lobby," he says, grabbing the item and his bag before making his way to the elevator.

He steps out on the lobby floor and sees you pacing near the seating area. You look over and run to hug him. The elevator opens, revealing Kara and Jimmy.

"Um, guys, this is Y/N, my girlfriend. Baby, this is Kara and Jimmy."

"Is this a hideout conversation," Jimmy asks, concerned.

"Yeah. C'mon, babe," Winn says, grabbing your hand.

The four of you make your way to the back hallway and walk into a room full of computers.

"Thought you said you worked for Cat Grant," you ask your boyfriend.

The three of them share a look and everything falls into place.

"Oh, my God. You work with Supergirl, too. And that's who Kara is," you say.

"How did you know," Kara asks you.

"At first, I thought the police scanner in the living room was a safety precaution when we moved in together. But then, the phone calls to Kara and Jimmy all through the night, and Winn was buying fabric and a sewing machine, which I haven't seen since he bought it. All the late nights at the office were a cover for Supergirl situations."

"She's smart, Winn," Jimmy tells him.

Your boyfriend rolls his eyes at the comment.

"Look, I'm sorry I didn't tell you but Kara doesn't want that many people to know."

"I won't tell anyone, I promise."

"You swear," he asks.

You nod your head. A few hours later, everything with Winn's father has been resolved and the two of you are laying in bed, wrapped up in each other's arms.

"Thank you for today," he says quietly.

"Of course, baby. And thank you for telling me the truth about Kara."
