Another day inside the fancy, bright and monotonous room named Dome Office by Kyedoth Malone approximately 1.500 years in the past. The idea came in his mind after the construction of the building was done and being inaugurated. Seeing the round transparent ceiling of the room made him choose that name. Kyedoth loved objects, materials and everything he could own. Spending time inside the sunny room, which had a perfect view of the inner plaza of the State Union, was his favorite part of the day. Kyedoth had passion for his duty as the leader of the country, opposing Gavin, who hated being inside the place with all his strength. Every time he stepped in, he was already thinking about the moment he would walk out of there.

He was trying his best to fulfill the future his father prepared for him and also the expectations a lot of people had on him. Gavin thought constantly about giving up on the highest office position, but at what cost? His replacement taking reality only after nearly a month of his rising would be shameful and would bring a scenario much more complicated than the one he finds himself in. He was aware of the sensitive situation it would generate. Kyedoth's supporters would claim they won the fight against Chemeris' followers in the end. His father's believers, that were now rooting for him strongly, would place shame on him. The country would become a mess with angry people walking around the streets. The states and their inner governments would try their best to gain the presidential post, creating the worst scenario of political war and crisis that the country could ever face. Gavin was aware of all these situations, and that was the reason why he put a smile in his face while listening to old men talking about why the Federal Opus constantly needs insane amounts of investment every month of every year.

"I hope it was clarifying enough for you to understand, Mr. President." The man named Possell Bohhardrek said. Wearing the dark purple uniform of the Federal Opus, with his digital badge placed over the left side of his chest, he was accompanied by Zemhoni Serthruvided. Both men acted in the financial department of the entity, and after they had knowledge that Gavin was planning on lowering their budget to direct to other public services, they went mad, and after a reunion with the newest members of the main council and high committee of the FO, they agreed to mark a meeting with their new commander to talk about it. They were sitting in front of each other in the light creme couch where Gavin usually have his meetings inside the Dome Office. "Our corporation needs this amount because we are not only protecting the country's borders and our streets. We are creating weapons, we are developing new technologies every day. Test and failure require investment, Mr. President."

"I understand that completely, Mr. Bohhardrek. I studied the fields that the Opus acts in, and I know your prices are elevated, but..." Gavin quickly looked at his PAD to check on the value. "fifty trillion per year... almost fifty one, sounds like a gap for a high demand of money that I don't know if it is really necessary. Recently, The Power Downfall was published and several articles prove that people inside the Federal Opus deviated huge values from the traditional budget my uncle once applied to your services. That was the reason why I firstly decided to make an entire replacement in the high positions both in Federal Opus and the State Union, to prevent criminals from acting freely under the laws we all care dearly for. So, I will cut this budget in half and if you actually need more, it will be analyzed in little detail. Part of this money will be placed on other public budgets like education, health, scientific research, security, leisure and other protection services like the Governmental Guard, the Tactical Flying Forces, the General Assembly of Public Security. There are many more places to put on good investments." Gavin smiled after his long speech was done. He could tell those man were going back incredibly mad at his figure, but he wouldn't care that much. If he was doing it, he was doing it his way.

"Well, then we will need to present your proposal to the committee and in a general voting we, together, will decide if this cut will be actually applied or not." Possell said with his fingers interlaced on top of his thigh, disapprovingly looking at Gavin.
