"I cannot do that, Mr. Weyheimee." Gavin said without deeply thinking. "At least not now. There is a lot going on. What you said is urgent and inhuman. I am now concerned the safety of our people, but I cannot simply jump into it now."

"The more time it takes the more innocent people will be placed as toys for the wealthy ones, Mr. President. You have to believe in what I say!" The man abruptly got up in desperation that Gavin may not believe in his words.

"Calm, detective. I do believe in what you say, but you need to understand that it is not that simple." The boy remained in the same position from before, looking up at the man. "I will look further into it, but it will be easier and faster if I can involve other people into it, so I will ask you two things. First, prove that your theory is true or not, then I will see how it will work. Second, get a day of sleep. You give me your address and also your family's that I will send my personal security corporation to look out for you. They are way more competent than the Federal Opus so that is something you don't need to worry." Gavin understood how he was feeling. It was an endless cycle of fear and anxiety of being caught by the unsure idea he had. Gavin knew putting guards in his door wouldn't fix the problem, but he was hoping it would help him feel better. "Please, Mr. Weyheimee. Accept my offer."

"It will not work, Mr. President. That is not how it works." He sat back on the couch, but finally gave in. His eyes couldn't take it anymore, and besides everything, having security around his place would make him feel safer. He picked up his cellphone and typed his address and other three that he wanted to be protected as well. He said nothing else after handing the device to Gavin.

"Alright, Mr. Weyheimee. My security corporation is the definition of excellence. They are totally discreet. You will feel like they won't be around, but they have eyes everywhere. Believe me when I say that they are above any money these people could have or any technology they could use. My corporation has several equipments developed by the Opus to assist them in everything to provide my safety and now yours until you feel comfortable in being without them." Gavin smiled in the end and the man was skeptical. "I know what is it like to live under fear. It is not something I would like to see anyone living in."

Weyheimee kneeled on the floor again and repeatedly thanked Gavin for that. "The Gods and the Liberator will never ever forget what you are doing to our people, Mr. President."

"Just like the country will never forget your efforts in protecting our people and their integrity as human beings. I will really try to pull this out, Mr. Weyheimee. Just do as I said for now. Try to discover how these people are attracted and what they do after it. We can set boundaries in all the states to prevent this capture to happen."

"No, no, Mr. President. It is a good idea but not for now. Let's pretend we know nothing until I have discovered the things you mentioned. I will also try to get the identities of some people I saw in the videos, see if we have any matching profiles in the OMP..."

"It would be good to do it, detective, but please think about resting first. We won't be doing anything for now, so try to ease your mind somehow."

"I will try, Mr. President. I will." Weyheimee got up, ready to say goodbye to Gavin, who got on his feet too. "I will be forever thankful for what you did today, Mr. President. The Governmental Guard will always remember this and will always stick to your side."

"I am the one to be thankful, detective. Your courage is something out of this world. Let's not make it in vain." Gavin smiled and the man thanked one more time before turning his back and leaving the office, feeling calmer than before, but still feeling the tension. Right after he left, Gavin grabbed his phone to talk with Pheoder about what he decided with Weyheimee. The leader of the company said he would take care of everything he asked, and that someone would pass by Weyheimee's place to establish some guidelines with him.
