Jace and I hummed happily along to the tune of the song playing on the radio, in the backseat, while Grey and Cami grumbled and whined in the front seat of the car. Jace smiled at me boyishly and took my hand into his, making me sway to the tune along with him. Yes, we were purposefully exaggerating us having fun to stick it to the dominants who kept stealing glances at us in the front mirror.

I caught Grey's eye as he looked back at us, trying hard to suppress a smile. Jace rolled his eyes at Grey as I caught the sound of Cami's barely suppressed snickers.

Jace hummed and sang even louder along with John Newman's Love Me Again, making Grey roll his eyes at him this time.

"Oh Grey---" he said in a sing-song voice earning a grunt.

"When do we the reach the mall, that I really wanted to go to?" he continued in that fake sweet voice.

"Almost there," Grey told begrudgingly, "And keep this up, and that'll be the voice I'll leave you moaning in all night!".

Cami laughed evilly along, but we all knew that Grey would probably do it. To explain the events leading up to this moment simply, Cami and Grey wanted to use the holiday to have- um, more intimate time, while Jace and I wanted to go to the human mall. Guess who won.

"Seeing, we're on our way to the mall right now, I don't see that happening champ-", Jace said sassily.

We both high-fived for added effects.

There was a strange satisfaction in winning against your dominants, especially when they were two very hot Alphas. Well, they did agree to come at their own will but I count it as a win in my book.

"Jace I will stop the car right here and take you on the side of the roa-!" Grey said but was cut off when Cami intervened, "Okay kids, no more fighting. Jace stop being so cocky, and Grey keep it in your pants for five minutes"

Both of them looked offended upon being scolded by Cami who more often than not played peacemaker. They did however both shut up. Jace did flip Grey the bird before he looked away.

"Okay, so what do you both wanna do at the mall?", Cami asked.

"I wanna shop-" I told her happily.

"Anything but have sex with Grey," Jace said making Cami give him a sharp look. "Sorry- I want to get stuff for the kitchen, ingredients we don't find in the pack"

"Good puppy, now behave"

"Wow! Angel it looks great on ya", Grey said smiling as his eyes raked down my clothes in the changing room. I giggled and blushed at the compliment like a stupid teenager, before going ahead and posing for them.

"Yep, he's right you're gorgeous," Cami said.

I narrowed my eyes at her playfully and said, "The skirt- how does that look?"

"Oh- well," she made a circular motion with her finger making me twirl, my skirt flying along. "Oh, yes, your butt looks so cute in that,"

Before I could say anything, the changing room next to me opened revealing Jace in a new shirt. It was black and looked so sleek against his body, showcasing his muscles with every move.

"You look really pretty-", he said shyly when he saw my skirt and kissed my lips briefly.

"I know-" I said with sass, "You don't look bad yourself Beta Jaceth"

He smiled before looking at Cami and Grey for approval. "Pretty boy," said Cami.

Grey however got up and took both of his hands before kissing him deeply. "I'm sorry baby, I don't want to fight with you"
