"Who's housewarming??" I asked
"Winter's..." Ke said before pecking Arya
"What??" I asked
"She's been in her new place for a week. She invited us and a few friends to her place to hang out. Her housewarming..." Arya said picking up her purse
"We bout to head out. Baby made lasagna and it's amazing. We left it on the stove cuz it was still hot. You should have some tho, let us know how you like it. Bye, cuzzo..." Ke said before they left closing the door behind them

____ So she did do what she said. Mmmm.
I locked the door and went straight to the shower. I've been hella tired lately idk what it is.
I stood in the shower with my eyes closed just letting the water run onto my body as I relaxed. I continued doing that for about 15 minutes. After, I took my hair out of the bun that I had been doing. I turned my back to the water and threw my head slightly back. I let the water run through my hair as my finger racked through my curls. I pumped conditioner into my hand and then put it throughout my hair. I grabbed my brush and brushed the conditioner through in sections. Then, I rinsed the conditioner out. I pumped shampoo into my hands and focused it on my scalp before I started massaging and scratching a bit. I ran it through my hair a bit before washing it out completely. I grabbed my leave-in conditioner and put it in my hair while it was still wet. I twisted my hair into a bun and clipped it. Lastly, I washed my body twice. Once with Dr. Bonners and another time with my moisturizing body wash. I got out and wrapped a towel around myself.
In my towel, I went into the kitchen to get some lasagna. I got my portion to heat it and put the rest into the fridge. While that was in the oven, I went back into my room and grabbed my phone. I saw I had a DM from somebody that slid up on my story. I went to the DM. I opened the DM.

I went to the profile to see who this was. I was looking for a bit before I realized who it was. I haven't seen her since high school. This was my homie. Her ass is so feminine now.

@Siah.Long: When I left school and went to basic training. After I went overseas for 2 years and when I came back I moved to Houston and been here since.

@kass_saditty: a lil this and a lil that. Got a lil job at the post office to have a lil money on the side
I got my pasta out of the oven, went to my room, and started eating.

We texted for a bit longer. She said that she was going to be in town in a few weeks to come visit family. So why not pull up on me?
Anyway, I finished eating my lasagna while strolling through different social media apps on my phone. I finished eating, put the trash in the garbage, and put some clothes on. I got in bed and started watching TV.

I woke up to knocking on my room door.
"Come in..." I said while stretching
My door opened and my light was cut on making me pull the cover over my head.
"We brought you some stuff back..." I heard Arya say
"A plate, some dessert, and a liquor pouch..." Ke said
"I don't want it..." I said
"Stop being so damn stubborn. I'll put it in the fridge for you..." Ke said "Come on baby..."
My door was closed and my light was back off. I pulled my head from under the cover and grabbed my phone. It was 11:27, my ass done slept for a good minute. I got up and went to the bathroom to use it. I wiped myself and washed my hands. I left out the room to see Ke and Arya sitting on the couch watching a movie.
"So how was it??" I asked sitting on the opposite couch
"It was good. She got a badass townhouse..." Ke said
"Her house smells a-fucking-mazing. And her decor makes the house look like a fucking luxurious hotel..." Arya said
"Yes baby, the house makes you feel like you dropped a bag to even step foot in there..." Ke said
I nodded.
"I'm happy she's out on her own and doing her own thing..." I said honestly
"Are you being truthful??" Ke asked
"I am, I'm very happy for her..." I said nodding
Ke nodded.
We sat in the front room and watched movies until like 2 in the morning. We got up, they went to Ke's room and I went to the kitchen. I looked in the plates and I saw a cupcake.
"Don't mind if I do..." I said grabbing the cupcake
I closed the door and turned to see Ke standing there looking at me.
"What the FUCK Ke!!" I yelled
"I thought you said you didn't want it??" She asked
"Mind your business and stop popping up on me like that..." I said making her laugh
"Goodnight Kassidy..." she said laughing more
"Stupid ass..." I said before taking the wrapper off the cupcake
I started eating it on my way to my room. I was up for a while before laying down and calling it a night.
