Lotus and I were going to have lunch today. We've been talking bout the situation but we haven't talked in depth. I brought it up to see where his mind was about it. He decided that we go to lunch to talk. Winter was working late today so after this, I was going to take her lunch and hang for a while.
I pulled up to the restaurant as soon as he texted and said he got a table. I parked, grabbed my things, and headed in. I looked around then I saw him waving me over. I went where he was.
"Wassup..." he said dabbing me up and hugging me
"Wassup..." I said before sitting down
"I ordered you a sweet tea..." he said
"Thanks..." I said with a small smile
We made small talk when our drinks came out. We have our food orders and got straight to it.
"Okay so, you said you were ready to have kids..." he said
"Yes, my lady and I are ready to have a child. Instead of doing IVF and getting a random man's sperm. We wanted to get it from someone familiar and you're the only one I could think about..." I said
"You and your girl wanna use my sperm..." he said
"That's one way to put it..." I said making him chuckle
"I mean we made a promise to each other. If you're serious and ready, I'm all in..." he said
"For real??" I asked
"We made a promise, didn't I..." he said looking at me
"Well yeah..." I said nodding
"So, when is it needed??" He asked
"As of right now, I'm not sure. Winter wants to meet you and discuss this. She wants to get to know you before we start the process..." I said and he nodded
"Okay, I'm down..." he said
"Thank you, for keeping that promise. Never thought I'd be having kids no time soon, but with Winter everything just changed. I'm ready to settle down, have kids, and all..." I said
"Oh nigga, you're in love..." he said smiling
"What can I say..." I said smiling big
"So, how did you meet her??" He asked
"We met when I first started delivering mail. I was delivering to her house..." I said
"How old is she??" He asked
"35..." I said
"Oh you got yourself a woman..." he said making me laugh a bit "No wonder you ready to settle down..."
