It's now the weekend and it was the day I was having dinner with Winter's parents. I was nervous asf. I was on the phone with Winter and she was on the way to me. We haven't seen each other since that night she brought me that plate. We missed each other. She told me I was riding with her cuz she wanted to see me before going to the restaurant. Dinner wasn't until 7 and it was only 2. She couldn't wait to see me so she came. She hung up with me cuz her mom was calling.

I heard a knock at the door. I went to the door cuz I knew it was her from how she knocked. I got out the bed and went to open the door. She had a smile on her face as soon as I opened the door making me smile. I pulled her to me and hugged her.

"I missed you..." I said kissing her neck before kissing her

"I- I miss- baby..." she said laughing cuz I kept kissing her

"I missed you..." I said smiling picking her up

"I missed you too..." she said placing her hand behind my head and kissing me

I closed the door with one hand while the other one held her up. I walked into the room as she kissed all over my face. I laid her down and laid on top of her.

"How have your week been??" She asked rubbing my hair

"It's been good. The week went by fast cuz I didn't work Monday..." I said and she hummed
"What about you??"

"I didn't do too much hard labor this week. We did have a tense meeting on Thursday that gave me a headache. Other than that it was alright..." she said
"Where's Ke and Arya??"

"Today they're gone apartment shopping..." I said

"Really??" She asked

"Yeah, Arya's lease is bout to be up, and she didn't wanna stay where she's at anymore. So, they decided to move in together and find a new place..." I said

"I'm so happy for them..." she said smiling

"Right, I've never seen her be this serious with a girl..." I said honestly
"Arya is the only one who can handle her besides me. Especially when she gets in her moods..."

"That's good. They really compliment each other and they are just very suitable for each other..." she said
"Arya is just a bit bossy and Ke got her spoiled..."

I nodded agreeing.

"Speaking of bossy, have you talked to Lilian??" I asked

"No, why??" She asked

"She was out of work this week and she didn't call me like she normally does..." I said

"Hmmm..." she said before picking up her phone

She went to Lilian's contact and FaceTimed her. After like the 4th ring she answered in the dark.

"Hello..." she said softly

"Hey. Haven't talked to you all week, you okay??" She asked

"Yes, girl. My baby has been sick all week..." she said

"Oh my god, is she okay??" Winter asked

"She's feeling better than she has been. Finally able to sleep longer than an hour. She felt and looked so bad I was so scared..." she said

"Awww Honey..." Winter said in a very sincere way
"What's going on with her??"

"She had an upper respiratory infection and a bad cold..." Lilian said

"Poor baby. I'm going to fix her a basket and bring it tomar to help her feel a bit better..." Winter said

"Thank you girl cuz she hates being stuck in her room..." Lilian said
