Lilian is having a little trip for her and her family. But she and the family got into it, but it was already paid for. So, she told me to come with her. She also told me to invite Ke, Arya, Tee, and Dynasty. She said they were cool when they were at Winter's housewarming. I told them about it and they all agreed to come. I also asked if could Siah come since she had an extra spot and she didn't mind.

I knew Winter was coming too so I had to mentally and physically prepare myself to see her again. I haven't seen or talked to her since we ended things. So, I didn't know how things were going to go.

Anyways, today's Sunday, Ke and I were going out. We haven't hung out in a while. Well, we actually spent the whole day in the house snacking and watching movies. We looked up a spot to go to in town. We got dressed and headed out. We got there and it took us like 45 minutes to get seated. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the breeze cuz it felt good outside. We ordered some food and drinks.

"So you think Winter will come on the trip??" Ke said

"I'm sure she's going to be there..." I said

"Y'all haven't seen each other since. Wonder how it going to go..." she said

"We are both grown, we can be cordial with each other..." I said

"Y'all not going to talk??" She asked

"About what??" I asked

"So you don't wanna talk about Y'all??" She asked

"There's no us, Ke. It's been 3 whole months since that happened. It's done between us..." I said

She nodded before the waiter sat our drinks down.

"Food will be out shortly..." the waiter said

We thanked him and he left.

"Why are you so consistent??" I asked

"Who likes inconsistency? She said and she wasn't wrong
"Also, I liked y'all together. I mean I've never seen two people that just fit together like y'all do..."

I hummed before drinking out of my glass.

"I didn't ask, how was it when you met Arya's parents??" I asked

"Cool as hell. She has 2 dads and a mom. They were all funny and cool. I was being nervous and anxious for no reason. I had fun there and family night was lit..." she said

"That's wassup..." I said nodding

We ended up being on our phones until the food came out. Ke got fried shrimp, hush puppies, and fries. I got a burger with onion rings.

"When is the trip again??" Ke asked

"In like 3 weeks..." I said

"Good, enough time for baby and I to find something to wear..." she said

"Where is she anyways??" I asked

"She's at home, waiting on me to get back..." she said

"You always there, might as well move in..." I said

She shrugged her shoulder while eating a shrimp.

"We've been talking about it, but I haven't decided..." she said

I nodded cuz living with a significant other is moving your relationship to a different level and she has to be fully prepared for that. So her taking her time is good.

"You talked to your mom??" I asked her

"I talked to her here and there. I talked to her yesterday, she needed a co-pay to see the doctor..." she said
