I was currently waiting for Lilian to get in the car so we could go to the clinic. I was so tired. Kassidy and I had sex all last night and all this morning. I was drained and I needed sleep. But I promised Lilian I would do this with her.
She finally came out of the house and got in the car.
"Hey..." I said hugging her
"Wassup Girl..." she said
"You ready??" I asked and she nodded
I pulled out of the driveway and we headed to the clinic. Once she made it, she signed in and we sat in the waiting area. We sat there for like 15-20 minutes before they called her back. We went into the room, she sat on the bed, and I sat on one of the empty chairs that was in the room.
"How are you feeling??" I asked her
"Nervous..." she said "Are you okay, you look drained??"
"Cuz I am drained. I had a looong night..." I said smiling
"What you do??" She asked
"The same thing that got you in this predicament..." I said looking at her
"Good thing you can't get pregnant..." she said rubbing her legs nervously
The doctor finally came in, they talked, and she needed a pee in a cup. She was gone for a couple of minutes before she came back. She sat down with a sigh and I rubbed her knee.
"It's going to be fine..." I said "I'm here for you..."
"It's just why was I being so stupid? I should've used protection..." she said
"Hey hey hey..." I said standing up "It's okay. If you are pregnant we can just gotta get to ole dude and Simon wouldn't know nun. If you don't wanna have it then we know the next step..."
"What about you??" She asked
"What about me??" I asked confused
"What if I give the baby to you!?" She said
"What?!" I asked
"I know you've always wanted a child so why not??" She asked
"You have to talk with Simon to see if he would agree to that. We have to figure out who's the father to see family history. I don't think my house is big enough to bring a baby in..." I rambled
Lilian grabbed me making me look at her.
"Calm down boo..." she said smiling "If I am, I'll discuss it with both of them and we'll go from there..."
I had tears in my eyes.
"Winter..." she said holding my hand
"Why would you do this to me today??" I asked looking at her as we smiled at each other
She pulled me into a hug.
"I can't stand your ass..." I said making her laugh
I stood up and wiped my eyes before looking at her. She smiled at me as I playfully rolled my eyes. I sat down and sighed with happiness. My eyes wouldn't stop watering and she was laughing.
"I can't stand you..." I said as she passed me some tissues smiling
"I love you too bitch..." she said hugging me again
The nurse came back in and they were talking for a while. Then, the nurse broke the news, her ass was pregnant. I couldn't hold it. I held my eyes with the tissue and cried more.
"Winter..." I heard Lilian say
"I'm sorry..." I said looking at her and sniffing
She smiled at me and shook her head. I was tryna stop myself from crying but I was happy. I know it hasn't happened yet, but I can't help but feel happiness. I've always wanted a child and it just might be happening.
They gave her the release forms and she was told to get prenatal. We left and I continued wiping my eyes. She was laughing at me. We got in the car and I started to calm myself down to drive cuz I couldn't drive like this. While doing that my phone started ringing. I looked at it and it was Kassidy. I answered and she popped up with a smile, but it left once she saw my face. My face was red, especially my nose and eyes.
"What's wrong??" She asked
I shook my head preparing to start back crying. Lilian laughed.
"Where you at, I'm on my way..." she said
Lilian grabbed the phone.
"Calm down dickhead..." Lilan said making me laugh while still crying "Nobody did nothing to her. This is her happy crying..."
Lilian turned the camera on me.
"Lilian stop..." I said pushing the camera still crying laughing
"What are y'all doing ova there??" Kassidy asked
"We can't tell right now..." Lilian said
I was tryna get myself together as they talked. I had to cut the air on. I finally calmed down and got my phone back.
"Hey, baby..." I said smiling
"You good??" She asked and I nodded "I'm surprised you ain't in bed..." she had a smirk on her face
"It wasn't all that to have me tired..." I said obviously lying making Lilian chuckle
"Wanna go again tonight??" She asked with a raised eyebrow
"Not gone lie, Kass, I don't think my girl can take anymore..." Lilian said making me slap her arm
Kassidy laughed.
"I missed it..." I said
"Missed what??" Kassidy asked
"The fucking joke cuz what's funny??" I asked
They laughed more.
"You hungry??" I asked Lilian
"Starving..." Lilian said
"What you wanna eat??" I asked stopping at a red light
"I have been wanting some peanut butter and pickles..." she said looking at me
"Food Lilian, food..." I said looking at her "We'll get that later..."
"Pizza with those mini cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon with a cold Sprite..." she said looking at me
"Where do you want pizza from??" I asked
"Papa John's..." she said and nodded
"You catering to her..." Kassidy said
"Somebody must be jealous..." Lilian said sticking her tongue out
"Girl bye..." Kassidy said making me laugh
We stayed on the phone with her for a while. I went to get the food that she wanted and we had a lil picnic in the car. After eating, we went to get the pickles and peanut butter. I don't know how she was eating that and I wasn't asking no questions either. We went around the mall for a bit before she was ready to go home. I dropped her off and went home.
