Today is the anniversary party and we are currently getting ready. Yesterday, I found out my parents were also invited so that's a plus. Kassidy had given herself a slight haircut this morning and I decided to try something new with mine. I always have it straight and down, why not try something new?
Kassidy and I were slick matching which I loved. My makeup was looking good, I showered before doing it so I just needed to moisturize myself and get ready. Kassidy put on her outfit and it looked amazing on her.
"This looks good on you..." I said looking at her smiling "You like it??"
"It's different but I'm feeling it..." she said looking in the mirror
"You look good..." I said watching her as she fixed her clothes
She started moisturizing herself she put on her body oil and cologne as I put my dress on. I went to the mirror to fix it to my liking and looked at myself. At first, I didn't think I was going to like it cuz it was showing skin. But Kassidy was really adamant about me wearing it. She loved the way I looked in it and that was all I needed to hear.
"Mmmm..." Kassidy said looking up from her phone and watching me as I went into the bathroom "Ion think imma last all night..."
She walked up sliding her hand through the dress and touching my lower back. My breath hitched cuz her hands were cold.
"Your hands are freezing..." I said
"My bad..." she said removing her hand
She stared as I fixed my hair.
"You look stunning. From the top of your head to the bottom of your feet..." she says making me blush "You look so good..."
"Thank you, baby..." I said smiling before pecking her lips

I was done fixing everything to my liking before I sprayed on my perfume and put on my heels. I looked in the mirror and I loved how I looked. I smiled at myself.
"You ready??" I asked looking at her
"Yeah..." she says grabbing her walker and keys
I grabbed my clutch and we headed out the door. We were like 30 minutes late cuz I didn't wanna be the first ones to arrive. Mom and Dad were already there so that's how we knew people were rolling in so it was time to head there. The place wasn't far from my house like 15 minutes.
Kass and I drove separately cuz she had to take Ke and Arya a piece of furniture that was in her car. I was going with her but she didn't wanna hold me up. Which I didn't care about, but since my parents were waiting on me she told me to head on ova and she'll meet me there.
I made it, I found a park right behind my dad's truck. I cut off the car, let Kassidy know I made it and headed in. My first mission was to find my parents. As I walked in I spoke to a few people who I knew but I was on the hunt for my parents. I went inside and it was beautiful, it was beautiful outside too. I looked around for my pants and I finally found them sitting at the table with Clark's parents and his other 2 aunts. I walked up.
