*Winter
She grabbed the phone out of my hand and looked at it.
"You muted it..." she said
"What??" I asked confused
"Instead of hanging up, you muted yourself. He didn't hear a thing..." she said
"I'm bout to unmute it call his name..."
She unmuted it and put it on speaker.
"Clark..." I said
"I have been calling your name for the past 3 minutes..." he said
I rolled my eyes.
"Are you done throwing your lil tantrum??" I asked
"Why are you being so irrational??" He asked
I laughed while Kassidy rolled her eyes.
"So it very obvious that we are gone be going back and forth cuz you can't comprehend simple English. So I'm going to cut this useless ass conversation short. Goodnight Clark..." I said and Kassidy hung up
She sat my phone on the bed.
"Why do you put up with that? Just leave..." she said looking at me
"In due time..." I said rubbing my hand through her hair
She let out a sigh and moved my hand. She stood up.
"Don't do that..." I said softly
"Do what??" She asked very snappy
"That..." I said pulling my pants up and standing up
I moved close to her.
"We've been amazing. Just chilling and being in each other's presence. Let's not do that, I never wanna argue with you. So, please..." I said looking at her
"Yeah..." she said before leaving out the room
I let out a sigh and sat back at the end of the bed.
I sat there for like 20 minutes before getting up to get me some food. Good thing it was still hot. I fixed myself a plate, fixed myself some to drink, and went back into the room. I grabbed the remote and put it in a movie while I ate. While I was eating, Kassidy came into the room. She found some clothes, went into the bathroom, and then closed the doors. I finished eating, I went to the kitchen, cleaned it, and went back to the room. I was sitting on the bed when she came out of the bathroom. She didn't say a word to me, she just got in bed.
I sighed before going to my bag. I got some night clothes and went into the bathroom. I wrapped my hair, put my headscarf on then my bonnet. I closed the door then I started the shower. I stripped and stepped into the shower. I did my routine then got out. I dried off a bit and put my robe on to air-dry the rest. I went into the room to put my dirty clothes in a lil knitted basket I had. I went to sit on the bed, Kassidy had her back turned to the side I sleep on.
"You honestly mad right now??" I asked
"What are you talm bout??" She asked
"You laying with your back towards me..." I said
"You not ready to lay down yet. You still in your robe..." she said
"How you know if I'm not sleeping in my
robe..." I said
"Are you??" She asked turning her head to look at me
