I woke up to a phone ringing. I reached ova and grabbed my phone off the nightstand. I opened my eyes to see that it wasn't my phone. I looked over to see Winter still sleeping. I shook her and she opened her eyes.
"Hmm..." she answered
"Your phone was ringing??" I said
"I was ignoring it..." she said making me chuckle
"It might be your parents..." I said
"Shit..." she said jumping up
"I forgot about that..."
She grabbed her phone before it started ringing again. She got up while answering.
"Hey Mom..." she said going into the bathroom
She was talking but I really couldn't too much hear what they were talking about. Like 10 minutes later, she came out of the bathroom with her robe on.
"They're going to be here by 1:30..." she said
I looked at my phone and it was 11:17. We had a bit of time.
"We gotta clean the kitchen table off..." I said and she smiled
"Last night was amazing..." she said softly
"Mmmm..." I said walking up to her
"You liked that??" I asked with a smirk
"Yes..." she nodded
I licked my lip and she pushed me away making me laugh. I went into the bathroom, did my business, and started brushing my teeth. Winter knocked on the door and I let her in to brush her teeth too. After that, we started cleaning and straightening up the house. After, we go through cleaning. She lit up candles and headed to the bathroom.
"Wanna shower with me??" She asked coming out of the bathroom
"No, you go ahead. I'm bout to call me dad..." I said
"I can wait until you're done..." she said
"No, go ahead..." I said
She looked at me and pouted. I got up and walked to her.
"Not right now. Some other time..." I said
"Okay??"
"Okay..." she said softly
She turned around to walk off but I gently turned her around. I grabbed her face and kissed her.
"Next time, okay..." I said before pecking her lips again
She smiled and nodded.
"Go ahead..." I said
She went into the bathroom and left the door cracked. She started the shower then I got a call. It was Ke.
"Wassup..." I answered
"What y'all doing??" She asked
"Getting ready for her parents to come..." I said
"You meeting her parents today??" She asked
"Yes, I am..." I said
"You nervous??" She asked
"Hell yeah..." I said making her chuckle
"I'm sure you'll be fine..." she says
"Hope so..." I said
We talked for a while before I called my dad.
"Hello..." he answered with a lot of noise in the background
"Hey, dad, where you at??" I asked
"It's one of my church member's birthday and we came to have brunch..." he said making me chuckle
