Erwin grabbed Lillian's scarf and wrapped it around her. The gray fabric covered her mouth and nose.

"You wrapped it too tight; I can't breathe."

"You always complain it's too cold, I'm just trying to keep you warm."

Lillian pulled the scarf down. "I do get cold, but I also want to breathe."

Erwin kissed her nose. "Come on, my love, I'm sure they're waiting for us." He took her gloved hand and led her out of their room.

Levi was standing in front of his door, heavy bags under his blue eyes. "What are you two doing?"

"We're going out for a walk, wanna join?" Lillian asked.

He shrugged. "Why not?" He walked into his room and grabbed his jacket. "Hange and Mike coming?"

"Yeah." Lillian pulled her hand out of Erwin's and wrapped it around Levi's arm. "How are you, Levi?"

"Fine, I'm tired."

"Do you ever think it's because of all the tea you drink?"

"Not really."

The three of them walked outside and met up with Miche and Hange.

"Levi's joining us?" Hange smiled and went to rub Levi's head, but he grabbed her wrist.

"Don't."

Hange smiled. She would have her revenge later. The five of them walked together, making small chit chat while they did. In one of Lillian's hands, she held Erwin's, in the other she forced Levi to hold hers. Mike and Hange made jokes, making the others laugh. Even on occasion Levi too.

"That wasn't funny." Levi sighed after Mike had made on of his jokes.

"Of course it was." Mike hit Levi on the back.

"I'm sorry Mike, but I am on Levi's side with this." Lillian admitted. Mike was funny, but not all of his jokes were great.

"So now you two are ganging up on me?" Mike scoffed. "Erwin what did you think?"

"I think you should be more worried about where Hange ran off to." Erwin hummed.

In a split second, Erwin pulled Lillian into him, using his body to protect her from the incoming snowballs. Mike and Levi were not so lucky. Both got pounded by the snowballs Hange had run off to make. One landed square on Mike's back, the other hit Levi straight in the head.

"You're kidding me." Levi grumbled. He rubbed the back of his head then bent down to the ground. He picked up a handful of snow and cupped his hands, compacting the snow and shaping it into a rough circle. They were in a forest so luckily for Hange she had to cover of trees.

"Come out you coward!" Mike called out to the brunette. He too had a snowball with Hange's name on it.

Her figure ran from one tree to the next, trying to get a better spot. There was one person who hadn't been hit. But in that moment that she had run past, Levi nailed her in the shoulder.

"Why did you have to throw so hard?" Hange complained while rubbing her arm. It would probably leave a bruise, she forgot how strong Levi was. The color drained from Hange's face. Her new target also shared a similar strength to Levi.

Lillian used Erwin for cover as she and him got closer to Hange. For the split second that she had been busy rubbing her arm, Lillian took this opportunity to strike. She drew her arm back and flung the snowball at her. Her gloves weren't waterproof, but it would be worth it to see the surprised look on Hange's face.
