"So that's it huh?" I asked, looking at the brown envelope Horikita was carrying.
I walked forward, seeing Kushida as well.
"Am I the last one here?" I asked.
"Yup!" Kushida replied cheerily.
I smiled, holding out my hand to Horikita, who gave me the envelope.
I flipped through the questions inside, before nodding.
"Alright, let's go."
Walking down the halls of the school, we started making our way to the staff room, when we ran into someone unexpected.
I upped my pace, since he was facing the other way, he didn't notice me until after I'd already run into him, wrapping my arms around him!
"Kuru!" I shouted out gleefully.
I felt a palm on my face as Ryuen tried pushing me off of him, a tick mark on his head.
Horikita let out a degrading laugh at the nickname.
"Kuru?" She asked.
"Tch! That's, get the hell off Shizukana!" He shouted back, starting to get embarrassed.
"No."
I looked up at him, and he immediately realized what I wanted him to do.
He let out a forceful sigh, looking away.
"Get off... Tensai."
"'Kay!"
I let go, jumping back.
He then looked towards the other two.
"What are you doing here Ryuen-kun?" Horikita asked.
"I was waiting for you to come. In truth, I'd like to chat for a bit."
"What about?"
Horikita crossed her arms.
"You see, you have a traitor in your group." He announced.
I visibly narrowed my eyes, and saw Kushida tense up a little bit.
"Another one?" I asked.
"Or the same person?"
Ryuen waved a hand.
"How am I supposed to know? For all I know they're playing me as well, but here's what I do know. Someone already submitted the questions for your class."
"...What?" Kushida mumbled.
"Is that so?"
"Indeed, you can go check if you don't believe me, we can go together."
"We're going."
I stepped forward a bit quickly, and Ryuen was right behind me.
"Tensai."
I ignored Kushida's mumbling.
I glanced back at Ryuen.
He put his hands up in surrender.
I'm surprised he's doing so well despite knowing so much.
We should do this more often.
Once we made it to the staff room, Horikita called out to Ryuen.
"Kushida-chan, Shizukana-kun, please go on without me, I'd like to speak with Ryuen-kun for a moment."
"Eh? Are you sure Horikita-chan?" Kushida asked.
"If you want to, go ahead." I kept looking forward.
"I'm more concerned about our questions."
I stepped into the staff room, and Kushida ended up following after me.
