The male public bath.

I hadn't gone until tonight because apparently there were schedule issues.

It got to the point where Nagumo, Horikita and I had to get together to decide on a time when each school year on the male side would be able to go there to wash off and get clean themselves.

I'd heard from Kanzaki earlier that the first night was a shit-show, where all three school years showed up around the same time.

I lifted a hand to my mouth, covering a yawn.

I'd prefer to get in and out, I had a late night last night and an early morning this morning.

I want sleep.

I did notice a group forming in one corner of the bath, an unlikely group of class B students, as well as others from my class.

I noticed Kanzaki approaching them, Ayanokoji just on his heels.

I, on the other hand, decided to go and relax.

Submerging myself into the water, I let out a comfortable sigh as I leaned back a bit, the warm water feeling nice.

The only thing I don't like is the fact that the steam protruding from the hot water makes it a little uncomfortable to breath.

"See? Told you."

I opened an eye, looking to the left of me.

"Huh, so Shizukana really is a guy."

...Huh?

"Alright, you won the bet, I'll transfer you your private points when I can."

HUH?

You're kidding.

People are betting on whether or not I'm actually a guy?

No... this has to be a joke.

I leaned my head back, trying to rest.

I must be rushing to conclusions.

Surely.

"Hmm~." The noise left my mouth before I could realize.

What is that?

I felt lulled by it, it was soothing, and made me feel relaxed.

"Your hair, I hope you don't mind if I clean it."

I let out a small giggle, finding the sudden situation amusing.

He must be in the bath just behind the one I was resting in.

"No, I do not. Thank you Albert."

I responded to him in English, since that's what language he chose to speak to me.

Hmm, this feels good though.

"Is this something you have done before?" I decided to ask.

Skillfully brushing away at small mats or clumps of hair that was stuck together, Yamada responded.

"Yes, I have a younger sister who I helped wash all the time. I noticed your hair looked like it could use an experienced touch."

"Really? How nice."

It must be because of the time I spent training outside. I've yet to properly wash out my hair with actual cleaners until now, since the beginning of this exam.

"Also, I didn't like the way others were looking at you earlier."

I opened my eyes, peering around the room after he said that.
