Let me live in a world where children don't need psychiatrists
Where mothers are willing to drive ten extra minutes to get them there
Let me live in a world where I don't have to hand out expired food
Where other volunteers don't steal
Let me live in a world where medicine is free
Let me live in a world where dreams can become reality
Let me live in a world far away where the mind doesn't attack
Let me live in a world set apart from hate and greed and sorrow
Let me live in a world where nightmares don't exist
Where scars don't exist
Let me live in a world where love is real
And lovers are gentle and kind
Where I do not fear waking up
Can I find a place like this on Earth?
Or is it meant only for the righteous?
