The Proof

You can quote scripture to me all day long to show me that you are a good person, but that isn't what will convince me.

Your actions have to be the proof.

Will you love like Jesus?

Will you defend the innocent like Peter?

Will you be humble like Moses?

Will you be patient like Sarah?

Forgive like Joseph?

Brave like David?

Be defiant like Michal?

Will you be a friend like Jonathan?

Trust like Issac?

Instead of judging people for not knowing, will you teach them like Paul?

Will you give up everything like Matthew?

Be loyal like Aaron?

Do you tell the world like the woman at the well?

Do you help the hurting like the good Samaritan?

Walk in truth like Steven?

I don't care if you can quote from Genesis to Revelations if you do not act like a child of God.

If you do not love me in my weakness as my Savior has, in the way he does, then you have completely misunderstood the Word.
