The world is falling apart.
It's like trying to read in the dark.
It's like looking for a jacket in hell.
It's like doing a job too well.
Reading a book that's too long.
Getting tired of your favorite song.
That's what it feels like watching the world falling apart and not being able to fix it.
Watching everything you've worked for dissolve right down the fucking drain.
To watch your dreams going up in flames.
Everything staying the same.
To be drowning in self-hatred and hopelessness.
For your whole life to be a complete mess.
Tumbling into utter despair.
Crying out but no one can be bothered to care.
So, I sit here and watch the world fall apart.
