Someone had to protect her
Someone had to cook and clean
Someone had to make sure she had her school work done
Someone had to make sure the animals were fed and the beds got made
Someone had to make sure the laundry got done
Someone had to be there
Keep everything together when mom couldn't and dad wasn't home
Someone had to grow up too fast so she didn't have to.
