Everchanging

       I was an ocean, vast with treacherous waves and beasts deep below

       I was a storm that raged with unforgiving thunder and blinding lightning

       I was a far-off volcano that finally erupted after years of being dormant

       I was a violent wind that tore through lands and left sorrow in my wake

       I was everchanging, but my destruction remained the same
