More than Expected

New Roomate

Bella's POV

Hanna and I walked out of Nando's without Jess. I wasn't sure how she was going to get home, but she would probably wind up calling me. I didn't mind though, I owed her big time and plus I wanted to hear everything.

Fifteen minutes after I got home I got a call from Jess asking me if I could pick her up. I went to get her and on the way home she told me everything. When we got home Lauren was sitting outside our apartment door crying. We both stepped out of the elevator and ran over to her. We didnt even have to say anything, she just started explaining.

"Joe broke up with me. He kicked me out. Part of my stuff is in the car but I still have to go back and get the rest. I really don't want to see him." She said in between sobs. Jess and I looked at each other and quickly nodded.

"You can stay with us if you want." I offered. She just nodded. I texted my brother and sister really quickly.

Me~ Sorry guys my friend is having a really hard time getting over a breakup. Do you think we can reshedule for another time?

Luke~ Sure no problem, I will call you tomorrow.

Kristen~ Of course! Tell her that everything will get better trust me! xx

Now that I had that straightened out I went back into my car because I told them that I would go back to her apatment and grabbed her stuff.

I didn't even look at Joe when he opened the door. I walked right by him and the girl he was with. What a dick! He breaks up with my best friend and already he has a new girl.

It took me about 1 hour to get everything. When I got home Lauren's room was all set up with the stuff she quickly grabbed when she was leaving. I decided not to tell her he had a new girl over at the apatment. Jess told me that they are going shopping on Sunday for decorations for her room. I went up across the hall to my room to unpack the bags from shopping today.

I put all of it away. Then I went back across the hall to Lauren's new room. I was going to have to get used to this.

"Do you want dinner?" I asked her with a small smile.

"Sure that sounds great. If we order take out it's on me." She said with a smile.

I passed Jess's room and heard harsh whispers. Was Blake over?

"You know what Blake!? We're done!" She yelled. I can tell she was holding back tears. I heard a slap and a sharp gasp. I knew what this meant. I quickly ran into the closet until I heard Blake pass. Then I went into Jess's room and sat next to her on the bed.

"You heard?" She asked, giving up on holding back the tears. I nodded and just hugged her because I know she wouldnt want me to say anything.

About an hour later the 3 of us were in the kitchen. There was a knock on the door and Jess broke out in a smile. She looked at me and nodded to go get the door.

"Hey Bella!" Niall said as Harry stepped out from behind him.

"Jess invited you over didn't she?" I asked, already knowing the answer.

"Yup." Harry said with a smirk.

"Okay, come on in, but Jess just broke up with her boyfriend. I'm sure she will be fine, though." I said, looking at Niall. His face lit up and we all went into the kitchen. Lauren looked really suprised but I gave her a look and she calmed down.

Jess's POV

I still had the ice pack on my cheek from when Blake slapped me. Niall noticed right away.

"What happened?" He asked, furrowing his eye brows.

I moved the ice pack away from my cheek and I just shrugged. Niall walked over to me and kissed my cheek.

"Wrong one." I said with a smile evident on my face.

"I know. I didn't want to hurt you." Niall said smiling, "Who did this to you?" He asked seriously while sitting down in the chair next to me. He moved his chair closer and that didnt go unnoticed by everyone else.

"It's a long story." My smile quickly faded.

"I got time." He whispered in my ear seductively before taking my hand and leading me into the living room.

Bella's POV

Damn, Jess moves fast. She just broke up with Blake and now she already has Niall wrapped around her finger.

Harry was sitting in a chair at the island and I was sitting on the counter across from him. We were talking for about ten minutes. Suddenly he got up and moved closer to me. I wasn't sure what he was doing. He came up to me and grabbed my hands.

Harry's POV

I got up from where I was sitting and went over to her.

I took her hands in my mine, "I need to ask you something. Like friend to friend."

"Yeah?"

"So there's this girl and I really like her. But, I'm not sure if I should ask her out on a date." I said.

"Folow your heart Harry. Ask her out see where things go."

"Okay, I will." I said smiling. She got down and started walking away.

"Bella wait!" I said, grabbing her hand again.
