'' wow'' Bianca lets out, amazed

'' Fucking bitch'' The other man yelled and grabbed her hair. Maria caught his hand and pulled it away from her hair at the same time she turned around, twisting his arms '' Aaaa'' he screamed in pain as she let go

'' I warned you three times'' Maria tells them

'' Fucking witch'' the one struggling with his arm snapped at her

'' Yeah I am a witch, a fucking bitch, But one who doesn't want to be touched'' she barked as well.

'' Who the hell wants to touch you? Haa'' he says and stepped forwards '' Look at you, a fucking nobody who mops floors for a leaving'' he said, scanning her from up, down. I warned her about her outfit but she didn't listen. Maria stared at him in silence. Where are the securities at this time? I look around to see just ordinary people '' No man would even pay to fuck you, you cheap bitch'' He can't fucking say that to her

'' Can someone get the fucking security'' I yelled as I stormed towards them. And grabbed him by his collar, I noticed the shock in his expression

'' hey'' he lets out

'' What the fuck did you just say to her?''

'' Who the fuck are you kid... wait'' he looks over my shoulder to Maria and gave a fucking smile '' I see there is someone who would fuck you ha, a loser like you I guess...one who..'' and my fist met his face instantly '' arr'' he fell few feet away from me, and after that, I lost control, I lost my cool. There is seriously something going on with me. I am turning into a madman.

'' Logan stop'' I heard Maria's voice as she called for me to stop throwing punches at the man who was already almost lifeless on the ground '' Logan it's enough'' Maria's voice sounded more authoritative this time. The next thing I knew, I was dragged away from him by the securities, who were nowhere to be found when Maria was harassed but showed up when I am supposes to beat the fuck out of this guy.

It was midnight when Maya came to the police station to take us home. We walked out of the police station. Maria didn't say a single word to me and began walking '' Maria'' I called after her

'' Logan you just let her be'' Bianca caught my arm

'' I want to make sure she is alright'' I tell her

'' We have to return home before words get to your father Maya says calmly'' I am surprised she didn't tell him about what happened. And even tried to cover it up.

'' Give me a few minutes, please'' I pleaded '' Bianca go with her, I just want to make sure'' I explained

'' Don't say out too long'' were Maya's last words before leaving with Bianca while I went after Maria. I followed her out of the station to the sidewalk

'' Maria..'' I called after her while she ignored '' Maria wait'' I hurried to her and caught her arm making her stop ''Maria...''

'' what is it Logan?'' her tone was calm and weak, she didn't even look at me

'' Are you alright?''

'' yeah I am fine... and you?''

'' Good'' she gave a slight nod at my response

'' Good night then'' about to walk away but my grip on her hand didn't let her '' Logan let me go'' I didn't want to, I don't know why but I had this strange feeling that if I did, it wouldn't be good. And the feeling was a bit hurtful

'' Are you sure you are alright''

'' Logan I am fine, let me go'' she struggled with my grip

'' Look at me first'' I requested almost pleading

'' Logan, it's running late, you should get going.''

'' You are upset''

'' No, I am not''

'' Then fucking look at me Maria'' I reached for her face and turn it in my direction only to meet those eyes, sad and angry eyes and my heart sank. Maria moved her face away and finally pulled her hand away. She stood in front of me with our gaze locked '' Did I do something wrong Maria?''

'' No...'' For once I caught her lie, and she didn't try to hide it

'' Talk to me''

'' Logan can you please let me go''

'' Not until you tell me what is on your mind''

'' Fine... why are you being like this?'' she snapped with a frown

'' what do you mean?''

'' Why are you acting all nice, familiar overnight''

'' Maria...''

'' why did you hit him..'' she cuts me off '' Why did you attack him when it has absolutely nothing to do with you''

'' You expect me to stand and watch some ass hole treat you like garbage?'' surprised she was reacting this way

'' Yes Logan, then all this wouldn't have happened, we wouldn't be here right now

'' Are you upset that we were arrested?'' I felt lost in our conversation

'' No, I am upset because you keep invading my life and it is frustrating ok. Next time when you see a situation like this, ignore it''

'' He spoke trash about you Maria, and you are just going to let him?''

'' so what?'' she yelled in frustration '' Like you haven't done to me far worse'' Her words hit me like a knife in the chest, cold and painful. She spoke the truth, every single word was true '' Who is going to beat you guys up for that?'' Maria turned around to leave but I caught her arms again, I can't let her go like this, what if she ends this now, when it only just started '' Let go of me, Logan''

'' So what?'' I announced

'' Pardon?''

'' so what if I am far worse of a monster... I don't care what you think of me, Maria. I would not stand back and watch you get hurt by some dick head. I and I only, I'm the one allowed to do that''

'' ha,'' speechless. Maria stands straight '' Why did you suddenly want to be friends Logan?'' she asked the one question I do not have an answer to and I probably will never have an answer to it. ''I know very well how much you hate me''

'' Hha'' I sighed '' I have never hated you, Maria... I had thought I did in the beginning but what I felt towards you wasn't hatred"

'' Oh really'' she rolled her eyes

'' if I did, you really would have dropped out of A&S Maria. As I told you that day, you caught my attention, I have no fucking idea how you did it but you did. And when something catches my attention I don't let it go easily''
