"So where did you say you got this intel from again?" Valerie asked. They were deep in hyperspace. She was sitting in one of the pilot chairs in the bridge. She was eating out of a bowl that Wrecker had given to her. Wrecker was sitting next to her, also eating out of a bowl.
"From Echo." Hunter stated. He sat in front of the comm-computer. She watched Hunter hold up the data pad and heard some beeping. He was getting frustrated, Valerie didn't even need her senses to see that. He turned away from her to look at the Tooka doll still up on the gunner's mount. Wrecker got up and walked over to Hunter.
"Aaaaand." Valerie elaborated.
Hunter sighed. "Echo got it from somewhere else but he didn't say who this contact is."
"I trust Echo of course, but how can we trust the intel if we don't know the source?" Valerie raised an eyebrow.
"Ooh, she's got a point." Wrecker added, resting a hand on the back of his chair.
"We don't." Hunter told her. "But I'm not passing up anything even for a chance at finding Omega. We stay alert at all times."
Valerie nodded. "Alrighty then.
"Rex did say he needs two rotations before he and Echo can meet us at the coordinates." Wrecker informed him as he leaned against the controls.
Hunter faced him and rubbed his forehead again. "That's not good enough." He stood up. "We're going now." He started walking to the controls.
Wrecker stopped him by putting a hand on his shoulder. "Hunter, the last time we stormed an Imperial base without backup." He paused, looking at Valerie. "Not all of us made it out."
"He's right." Valerie looked at her bowl, losing her appetite. "I shouldn't have made it out."
Hunter's face dropped as he looked at Valerie. He shook Wrecker's hand off his shoulder and moved to sit next to her. He typed in the coordinates. Wrecker walked up behind them. "Omega's been waiting for us a long time." He grabbed the shifter. "I'm not making her wait another day."

The ship landed and the three of them exited the Marauder. Hunter had his helmet on and held the data pad in hand. Wrecker held his blaster but his helmet sat on top of his head. Valerie strapped her lightsaber to her belt along with a blaster pistol in a holster. She could hear Hunter's scanner beeping ahead of her, but something in the wind had her looking around the area.
She knew they weren't alone.
"Bleh!" Wrecker complained. "It smells like rancid Jotaz out here." He pulled his helmet down.
Hunter looked around. "There's nothing on the scanners. The Empire could be jamming our sensors." Hunter and Wrecker kept on walking but Hunter paused, causing Wrecker to as well. He turned and saw Valerie looking up into the trees. Like she was looking for something. "Val, you coming?"
Valerie's attention snapped back to boys. "Uh, yea, coming!" She nodded and quickly moved back to them. The three of them continued on their walk through the forest.
Hunter led the way as the data-pad kept on beeping. He paused and turned before he started running, Valerie picked up they were lost. "The place should be around here somewhere." Hunter mumbled to himself.
Valerie put a hand on his shoulder and smiled. "This way." She nodded with her head and started walking. Hunter looked at Wrecker. "Don't look at me, she's the Jedi with the extra senses." He shrugged.
"I do too." Hunter noted.
"Yea, but hers are different from yours." Wrecker nodded.
"Are you two coming?" Valerie called from an opening. They looked at her and both jogged up to her. She turned back towards the opening as the boys stood on either side of her. They paused.
