Electricity was crackling and was drowning out the screams. Hunter was being tortured with electric shock. He gritted his teeth as one of the Clone-X's continued to push on with Hemlock's methods.
Hemlock smirked as he watched Hunter suffer. The electric shock was paused and Hemlock moved closer. Hunter was panting as he started to become aware of his surroundings again. He started looking around.
"The last time we crossed paths." Hemlock was talking but Hunter continued to look around. He saw Wrecker and Crosshair. "You had just lost two members of your squad." Hunter looked at Hemlock. "And it appears history may repeat itself." Hemlock looked to the other two strapped in the machines. "CT-9904 resisted my conditioning in the past, but I've made alterations to my methods." Hunter's head started to feel heavy again. "If you all survive, you will make fine operatives, and if not, well, there's no shortage of clones to test on next."
"We'll survive." Hunter stated. "But you won't."
Hemlock sighed. "Do you actually think that Jedi of yours will come and save you?" He watched a quick look of shock pass over Hunter's face. "Oh yes I know about Miss Ortis and how she... didn't actually die." Hemlock rubbed his gloved hand and turned away from him. "Do you want to know something interesting Hunter?" He waited for a response but continued when he didn't get one. "Jedi are supposed to suppress their emotions and not have attachments as they are paths that lead to the dark side, the way of the Sith but yet... the Jedi seem to feel emotions and have attachments the most." He turned back to Hunter. "I have a surprise for your little Jedi. Do you think her reunion with a certain someone will be just as sweet as it was with you?"
Hunter looked around the room, realizing that one of Hemlock's clones was missing. The clone they had encountered twice before. "What did you do?"
"If she kills him first, how long do you think it'll take before she realizes exactly just what she has done?" Hemlock smirked. "I wonder just how thankful the Emperor will be when I deliver not only Clone Force 99, but a Jedi who has just fallen to the darkside."
"She's stronger than you think." Hunter gritted his teeth. Hemlock looked back at the clone and the clone manning the machine turned it back on and Hunter couldn't help but scream out in pain. Someone walked in.
"Doctor, there is an incoming transmission from Governor Tarkin." The Imperial officer said.
Hemlock didn't say anything. He watched Hunter screaming for another moment before turning around and walking out of the room with the clone, Scorch, behind him, but then he paused and turned back to Hunter.
"I do hope that Valerie... enjoys her gift." Hemlock teased before he continued walking away.

"Val, the door." Echo ordered and Valerie opened the door while Echo shot the clones standing guard. Echo moved in first and picked up some blasters. Valerie and Omega copied him.
"The prisoners nearby." Valerie stated.
"Yes, around the corner." Echo agreed and the girls followed him.
Echo peaked around the prison cell and he didn't see any guards. The clone prisoners, however, stood up in the cells when they saw the three of them run up to the controls. A clone came running and Echo shot them. Two clones started running down a different corner and Valerie pushed them against the wall with the force, knocking them out.
"Omega." Valerie pointed to the controls.
Omega slid the data pad into the panel and once activated she let Echo take control. "Hey, kid." A clone prisoner called out. "What's going on?"
