Katsuki, as Deadpool, was ruthless and aggressive. Even against the entirety of Class A, he would come out on top.

He always won, it was just who he was; who he'd always be.

The students exchanged wary glances, once they realized he had a gun. It was paint, but Uraraka's reaction proved that it was very painful.

Katsuki wouldn't dare admit it to these idiots, but he'd had these specially crafted to induce more pain than the average paintball.

They deserved it, no one bothered to save him from Department K. No hero had looked for him past keeping up appearances.

「He'd checked.」

The students quickly spread out into their sides of the arena. Katsuki quickly assessed the field, noting potential ambush points and strategic positions.

Toshino had taught him more strategic planning than these heroes would ever learn.

Katsuki moved with practiced stealth, navigating through the obstacles. Kirishima and Kaminari were his first targets, being the closest. Todoroki and Yaoyorozu had taken to the high ground for better coverage. He'd have to go for them next.

"Keep low" Katsuki murmured to himself. "It'll be easier to ki- beat them"

Paintballs whizzed through the air, splattering against barriers and sending red bursts of paint in perfect aim. Katsuki dodged a shot of Mineta's sticky spheres, quickly retaliating with a well-aimed shot.

Nezu had forbidden him from headshots. A handicap, really. Nezu somehow knew he'd brought special ammunition and thus banned headshots.

As the match progressed, Katsuki found himself impressed by the students' teamwork and adaptability. It seemed as though they'd finally figured out how to work together.

It only took a few years and his 'death'.

At one point, Iida used his quirk to speed behind 'enemy' lines, only to be met by Katsuki's gun. He tagged the hero student with a paintball before he could disrupt Katsuki's strategy.

"Nice try" He muttered, moving swiftly to shoot the remaining students.

Katsuki, using his agility and experience, managed to slip over some debris and aim his gun at the final student's forehead. Izuku Midoriya.

The whistle blew and Katsuki grinned beneath his mask. Turning to Aizawa, who gave a rare nod of approval. He ejected his magazine.

"Good work, everyone" Aizawa said. Katsuki could tell, however, that the hero was a little disappointed. It was a given, though. Nineteen little hero wannabes weren't gonna subdue him.

How pathetic.

As the students gathered around each other, exchanging excited chatter, he couldn't help but feel a small connection to the place he once called home.

He shrugged the feeling off, loading his handgun with real bullets. He made an exaggerated movement of turning the safety back on, to which the heroes nodded to.

Stupidity. It took him less than two seconds to disengage the safety. So stupid.

His phone buzzed and he fumbled around in his suit for it. One of his many burners.

He answered the call. "Didn't I tell you I was busy?"

"Get your fuckin' ass here right now! I don't handle panic attacks like you do and Eri is gonna fucking pass the fuck out!"

Katsuki tensed. "Ice. Shove ice in her mouth. I'll be there soon"

He'd kept his voice level and calm, but his heart was racing. Teskai didn't need him panicking right now. If it weren't for the situation, he'd make fun of the teen for swearing so much. He always did when he was panicked.

"Eri! Hey open your mouth. There you go, is that better? Wha-  No just- What the hell am I supposed to do!"

"Am I on speaker?" He began pacing before ultimately deciding that he didn't give a flying fuck about Yuuei's rules and regulations for him needing an escort.

Holstering his gun, Katsuki broke into a sprint. Footsteps followed after him along with a few shouts of 'stop!', but he pressed on.

At Teskai's conformation, he took a deep breath. "Eri? Hey, is Teskai bothering you?" Ignoring the silence, he continued. "You wanna go out tonight and help me pick up some stuff?"

Teskai gave a protesting sigh, but he heard a quiet 'yes'. That's was good. "Okay I'm gonna shake these bas- guys and I'll come get you. Why don't you let Teskai do your hair while you wait. That sound okay?"

There was another 'yes'.

Good. That was a start.
