Mark giggles as Scott places kisses all over his face. "Baby!" He squeals. "What are you—" he giggles again. "What are you doing?"
Scott lays down next to Mark, smiling cutely at him. "Lovin' you," he says. He leans in for a kiss to Mark's lips. "Just wanted to kiss all over that sweet smile you have," he says. "And then I got a bit carried away."
"That was so sweet of you, angel," Mark says. "I don't think I've ever felt even half as loved, as I have by you."
Scott smiles at that. "Good," he says. "That's kind of the idea."
Mark giggles again. "What do you mean?" He settles more into his pillow.
"Well," Scott places a hand on Mark's cheek, softly running his thumb against Mark's skin, "You and I have both said that we've never been so in love with someone. Right? Like, I know you're the one for me, Marky, and I always think to myself that I can't love you more than I do in this moment, and then the next day I wake up, and I love you even more."
Mark is blushing furiously—but he gets it. "Yeah," Mark says. "I feel the same, I completely understand that, Scotty."
"I always knew I had so much love to give, and now I have somewhere to give it," Scott says. "So, part of my daily goal every day, is to make sure you feel loved. To remind you—whether by telling you, or showing you."
Mark bites his lip, smiling at that. "You're so sweet, my love," he says. "And it's working, by the way. You make me feel so incredibly loved, every second."
Scott smiles at that. "And you, Marky," he says, "You also make me feel loved, every second."
Mark blushes. "I just....well, it's the same thing. I always want you to know that I love you, Scotty. The same way you want me to know. So I surprise you with flowers, I bring you coffee to bed so you don't have to get up to get it in the morning...I just, I always want you to know how much I love you."
And with that, Scott leans in for another kiss. Mark leans in to it, and the kiss continues for a bit.
A few moments later, they part for air.
"Scotty," Mark breathes.
"You okay, my love?" Scott asks.
Mark nods. "You make me drunk with your kiss," he says. "That sounds so dumb, but, I feel like I'm floating away to your lips, your hands, your love."
"It doesn't sound dumb," Scott says. "It makes complete sense, baby. That's, well, that's how it feels for me too," he smiles.
"I love you so much," Mark says. "I love you—so much." He reiterates.
"I love you too, Marky," Scott says. "So much."
And Mark's laugh there, makes Scott's heart flutter.
