Daphne's POV:

"I find it kind of funny how we all forgot our English textbook." Dinah says.

I look at the grinning girl and shake my head.

"I don't. Couldn't one of you smart kids have remembered your book? This school is bad enough when it's full but now it's empty. It's fucking creepy."

"Is big tough Daphne scared?" Lauren taunts from beside me.

I cut my eyes at the Cuban but quickly look forward again. I have to stay alert.

"I'm not scared, and you can't tell me this school isn't creepy when it's empty. Plus, we're still being stalked by a crazed clown, and you never know when or where said clown will appear." I look at the girls as we reach our lockers. "Tell me I'm wrong."

I wait as the girls look at each other. When they look back at me but don't say anything I smile to myself and open my locker. The smile quickly drops at the note taped inside my locker.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR ME?

"Um, girls." I gulp.

"What?" Ally questions.

"Either the clown is still using Brad, or they were here." I tell them as I step back from my locker pointing at it.

Just as the girls crowd around my locker to see what I'm pointing at the main lights go off and the emergency lights flicker on. Lauren, Ally, and Camila gasp while Mani, Dinah, and I look around.

"It could just be the janitor finishing up for the night." Ally says her voice shaky.

"Hate to break it to you cupcake but he would just turn the lights off if he was done."

"How do you know?" Questions Mila.

"Cause I've been here before when he has finished and locked up. He never turned on the emergency lights."

"Okay let's say it is the clown. How could they have gotten access to the school after hours?"

I look at Mani like she has three heads. I've told them who the clown is.

"Are you fucking serious right now Mani?"
