"Okay, we gotta go," I say, gently pushing the girls through the door and toward the car.
"Where's daddy?" Delphine asks.
"Daddy's at work, we're going to meet him right now, we gotta go, come on."
"I want daddy," she says.
"Honey, we have to go if you want daddy. We have to go."
"I want daddy to drive."
"Baby, daddy's already there. We have to go meet him."
"Yeah, Del, daddy's working!" Willa tells her. "We have to get in the car and go see him!"
Willa climbs into the car, giggling as she gets in her seat, Jess walking over.
"Can you just buckle her in for me?" I ask, handing her Braelin.
She nods, grabbing her gently and walking around the vehicle.
"Who is driving?" Del asks.
"Jacob," I tell her, sighing.
She sighs. "Okay."
"Okay, good, let's get in our seat, please."
She climbs into the car, getting in her seat and letting me buckle her in as Jess buckles Willa too.
"Okay," I sigh, closing the door and looking over to Jess and Londyn. "You guys getting in the back with Willa?"
They nod.
"Cool," I nod. "Better to take one car. Let's do this."
"Let's do it," Londyn nods, the two of them climbing into the 3rd row while I climb into the passenger seat.
"We ready?" Jacob asks, raising his brows.
I nod. "We are. Let's do it."
