Where are my old readers? I can hardly see their comments. Only few of you all leave comments? Why is this? If I am making some efforts to write such long chapters for you all; isn't it your responsibility to atleast support your author by leaving few comments? But no; you all expect authors to make double updates but when it comes to leave comments; you all become quite and that's the most irritating thing for us and I am really disappointed at this behaviour of yours!!!!

The rose petals were still being swept up from the marble floors when Yoongi reentered the hall, his arm slung proudly around the tall, quiet man who had just become the center of attention - Yoon, his younger brother.

The guests, still basking in the warmth of laughter and festivities, looked curiously at the new arrival. Yoon was a picture of calm and elegance. The contrast between him and the ever-vibrant Yoongi was almost comical.

As they moved further inside, Yoon's gaze swept the room-the bright colors of the women's attire, the tinkle of anklets, the gurgling laughter of children-and then paused on a familiar face.

His eyes locked with none other than Jungkook, standing tall among the group of men, his arms folded and lips carrying the remnants of a rare smile that had appeared earlier during Tae and Jiminee's dance.

Yoon immediately took a small step forward, bowed respectfully, and said with quiet dignity,

Yoon- Good evening, Sir.

Jungkook, now in a lighter mood than usual, gave a slow nod.

Jk- Ah, Officer Yoon. Good to see you again. Please, make yourself comfortable.

He gestured toward the cushioned seating beside the men.

Yoongi grinned and added playfully,

Yoongi- Sir? Yoon, please, don't bring your office manners to the house. Today, we're all just people... mostly fed and slightly sugar-high.

That earned a few chuckles.

As Yoon sat down, still composed, Yoongi turned to the gathering and said with a flourish,

Yoongi- Everyone, meet Yoon Min, my younger brother. An IAS officer, recently transferred from Bombay to Barmer.

A few heads nodded in polite acknowledgment.

Mr Kim- Barmer? Then he comes under Jamai-sa's division, doesn't he?

Jk- Exactly. Yoon's posted there on temporary assignment. We've met a couple of times officially.

"He's so quiet,"whispered one of the aunts to another. "Unlike Yoongi."

The contrast was too amusing to go unnoticed. Hobi, ever the jester, leaned in with a smirk.

Hobi- Yoongi, he doesn't look like he's even related to you. Where's the noise? The drama? The flailing arms?

The whole group burst out laughing as Yoongi dramatically clutched his heart.

Yoongi- Hobi! Just you wait until this calm sea falls in love. All this silence will vanish like sugar in chai!

Yoon closed his eyes for a moment, sighed, and muttered,

Yoon- Bhai...

Everyone laughed again.

Tae, who had been watching the interaction from a short distance, now walked forward with a silver tray. On it sat a chilled glass of water garnished with a few tulsi leaves. Her eyes met Yoon's briefly, and she offered the glass with a gentle smile.
